PLI — non receipt of army pli policy | |
sir my name is arun kumar.at the time of policy my rank was EMPI,personal number 136577B.I took the policy in ins valsura army postal office,jamnagar gujarat during june 2004 for Rs 100000.every month Rs 395 is being deducted and it is highlighted in my pay statement.but i have no policy number or bond.so please i[censored] could send me the same on [protected]@yahoo.co.in. and oblige. my self pramod kumar pandey. i have taken a pli policy in RAJOURI (J&K) through APO.on 21 oct 2005 for 100000/- RS 515/- @ per month is being deducted from my pay directly . it is showing in my pay statment but i have receive only acceptance of PLI proposal(proposal no 729021/52 EA/45
but i have no receive any policy document.after a lapse of 5-6 years, so please send my bond form to the following address.
