POLICY NO. APS[protected] A FOR Rs. 400000/-


1. Refer to your letter no. APS[protected] A/AF/APS-7D/II dated 05 Dec 12.

2. It is intimated that I have not received original policy bond from your end till date, however if your department had dispatched the original policy bond to me acknowledgement receipt of same may please be produced to me. I have done many times correspondence to above mentioned address through email and letter but not received reply till date.

3. Further I am not going to pay Rs. 50/- for issuing of duplicate policy bond as original bond was not received by me.

4. You are requested to investigate the matter and issue original policy bond to me at the earliest.
