[Resolved] PNB ATM Card — wrong debit | |
Sir, I am a pnb account holder under account no [protected] since 20 yrs. I filled petrol in my car on dated 7.9.09 through atm card no. [protected] in Chandigarh company owned petrol pump (INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD., SECTOR 33, CHANDIGARH) and the amount to be paid was Rs.649.65 but the salesman entered the amount 6499.65 in the swap machine (instaled by HDFC BANK CHD) .Same time I brought in the notice of the salesman that he has entered wrong amont & voided the sale. I paid the amount by cash but the money has debited from my account & I registered a complaint to the bank & also registered in[protected] docket no 24199475 dated 18.1.2010. No action has been taken yet. Kindly look into the matter & get the money refunded in my account at the earliest. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |
