Sir,
1. I am holding a savings account no. [protected] at Punjab National Bank CME(Bhopkhel) Pune, (BRANCH CODE 1209).
2. On several occasions varying amounts have been debited from my account through ECS which do not have any connection with me. On my reporting some of the amount was credited back to my account, however, the following transactions which have no concren to me still are pending:
a) to ECS - IILECS-SBI MUTUAL for a sum of Rs 1000/ dtd[protected]
b) to ECS-TP bAJAJ auto FN for a sum of Rs 980 dtd[protected]
c) to ECS-TP bAJAJ auto FN for a sum of Rs 980 dtd[protected]
3. Despite various visits to the concerned branch and also to PNB RCC Pune the amount has not been credited to my account. It is a serious lapse as the credibility of the bank is questionable even if the amount may appear to be small.
4. Rather than accepting their fault the bank authorities are delaying the matter even after the lapse of more than 4 months.
5. I want my money back with interest before I close my account and the association with the bank as I feel my money is not safe with this particular bank.

    I have my pension account 19931 at PNB Maharaj Ganj under PNB Siwan. I did not receive my arrears payment for Crrigendum Pension Payment Order No. 08/14/B/CORR/23227/2008.dated 22 Oct 2008. Several time Maharaj Ganj PNB is approached, but no response for payment of above said PPO. There reply is that PNB Siwan has not yet given the order. I don't understand who is reponsible for delay of my payment. PNB is pension disbursing agency or payment delay agency.

    I have a pension account in pnb Bakloh Cantt (HP)-176301. I would like to know when the bank is going to pay the revised pension scales alongwith arrears since 01st Jan 2006 as per PCDA pension allahabad Circular No 412 dated 26th May 2009. As per the Bakloh bank their CPPC has not sent the details sofar.
    there is no fixed date for crediting the pension.
    I am wife of Late Brij Mohan Chopra, Who Retired from Pnb JHARIA branch on 31/10/1996 and getting Pension comencement Date 01/11/1996, Pension a/c. no. 10794. He Expired on 26/02/2009 after that I Sudershan Chopra Wife of B.M.Chopra filed my life certificate, letter of specimen undertaking, Not remarried certificate, and Death certificate of B.M. Chopra on 05/05/2009 at JHARIA office but till date no reply or pension received in my account.

    I retired on 31.7.2009 from Ministry o[censored]rban Development. CPAO sent pension papers to PNB Karolbagh for onward transmission to my payee branch of PNB at Yamuna Vihar. PNB Karolbagh sent the bapers back for affixing a 'seal' on it on 6, 10, 2009, which they returned to PNB Karolbagh on 27 November, 2009. My account No. with PNB is [protected] and my ppo No. is[protected]. I am still to get my first pension after about 4 months of my retirement.
    Sir, this poor man will be highly obliged if something is done at an early date.

    Pension Account — No Rasponse By Bank Staff

    I, Vijay Laxmi Awasthi a widow Pensioner and have a Pension Account No.[protected] in State Bank of India, Branch Krishna Nagar, Kanpur. I visiting Bank seven time and again today 1st Dec for fill up my Alive/Unmarried Certificate form but their above said form is not available because the related staff is ignoring me because they want some money for that facility, i also asked with senior staff for that problem but there is no response so i requesting to you please help me because my age 65 years.

    please feel my pain and take necessary action, if i found no response then i will go to the Banking Lokpal.

    probably there would be some communication error between bank, u and postal agency dont wory they wont stop ur pension and hope ur problem yet may resolved, the bankers are still working in under pressure and there will be some communication problem beetween there link branch about orders, here i would like to qoute some thing The most responsible is the DEspaching branch who despathces the circulars, best way to resolve this problem is to mail all circulars to base branch directly else of despaching by posst after all they are also human just chill and be calm they will automaticaly pay your all arrears help them not discourage

    Punjab National Bank — not paid area from nov.09

    I retired from air force in jun 2007, my new ppo issued in nov 2009, Bank has not given my new arear since nov.2009. my a/c No. is [protected], tejbir, my ppo no. is ppo 08/14/B/12227/2007, issued in Nov 2009. Now i want bank should pay me the amount with interest. this is not my mistake, this is by knowingly they have not paid me. i am going to put RTI against the bank.
    Sub: Improvement in the pension to bridge the gap in pension of pre 1.1.2006 and post 1.1.2006 discharged PBORs of Armed Forces.

    Respected Sir,
    With regard, it is intimated that my father in-law Shri Arbind Kumar, Ex-LD(Naik) Reg No.1072150, Gp-B PPO No.S/025/308/04 is drawing his pension through PNB, Tekari branch vide his A/c No. [protected]. He requested for improvement of his pen in the light of ibid letter & PCDA(P) Circular No.430 dt. 10.3.2010 w.e.f 1.7.2009 which was circulated to the Chief Accountant RBI and all CMDs, Public Sector Banks for revision of the pension on their own as per tables after ascertaining the QS, Rank & Group without calling or waiting for any applications from the affects Pensioners in the case of 15 Yr or more than 15 Yr QS whereas he requested the Manager many times for the said action. However no any action for payment of arrear & improvement of pension w.e.f. 1.7.2009 has been taken so far by their end. It would be relevant to mention here that all other PDAs have already made arrear payment and revise pension accordingly.
    In view of the foregoing, you are, therefore requested to kindly look into the matter personally and to make an order to revise his Basic pension from Rs.4308 to Rs. 6046/- as per table 12 of such Circular and to make their arrear payment w.e.f. 1.7.09 accordingly and oblige us.
    An early action will be highly appreciated.

    I could not operate my account for last 5 years as I was out of station. As I have come back, and want to use and operate this account.what are the procedures and is my cash lapses?

      Dear Sir

      We (me & my colleagues) recently opened accounts (salaried) in Punjab National Bank, Jubilee Chowk Branch, Rajkot. However, after A/c was opened (18 Mar 09) the bank staff told us to collect the pass book on next working day (i.e. 19 Mar 09). As the bank was nearly 6 Km. away from our office we have dowloaded the application forms available on PNB's web site (to save time) for registration of ATM card & Internet banking and also prepared an application for issuance of cheque book. However, when we reached at bank the staff told us that the form what we filled is not applicable & gave us new forms which were filled and submitted to the respective officer. But they have not accepted our duly filled up form for internet banking as well as application for issuance of cheque book on the plea that they will accept internet banking form on arrival of ATM card. We have also contacted the Customer Care of PNB but instead of helping us the cutomer care executive suggested that what ever the bank officials say is correct. It means the forms available over the PNB's web site are waste and thus wasting the time & efforts of the customer.

      I request that bank should let us know the clear procedures & the staff should act professionally. As when you enter into the bank you don't know for what service where to go.

      Looking forawrd to hear the solution & help.

        sir,
        my self mamta thakur.m using pnb's atm card.my ac no is [protected]. n my card no is [protected].on 26th oct i tried to withdraw money rs15000 from hdfc'atm in pitampura delhi.but transaction was declined n my ac debited by rs15000.on 29th oct i complained in customer care center.they asked me to wait for 45 days after 60 days ther was no progress n they give me delhi atm cell's no then i talked to mr. narang on that no. he asked me to go to ur pnb branch n fill the indeminity form within 3 days the amount will b credited in ur ac.on 3rd feb i fill that form in my branch mukerian(panjab) but still i have not received my money back. i have complain numbers also.last complain no given to me by atm cell is 498.sir plz help me to get my money back because its too late now.or suggest me what should i do now.

          Dear Sir,

          I have more than 20 years old s/b account no. [protected] in the name of Gulaba Devi with Punjab National Bank, Rori Bazar, Sirsa. It gets inoperative due to some reason. When I contacted bank officials on phone on 10 March 2009, to get it operative, they refused to get it done on phone. They told me to visit the branch personally with written request and witnessed by someone.

          As I am an old age widow and leaving with my son at Chandigarh. It is very inconvenience to me to go there personally.

          However, bank informed me that an account will get inoperative when someone will not withdraw any amount in a year. But I have withdrawn some money in Dec. 2008. So, how my account gets inoperative in March, 2009. Further, Why I need witness to get operative my own account.

          You are requested to get my problem solved.

            dear sir,
            My self mamta thakur.on 26th oct(2008) i tryied to withdraw money from hdfc's atm in pitampura(delhi) amount rs 15000 debited but not received. on 29th oct i complained in customer care call center. my first complain no was 10509205 i talked to mr. paritosh for at least 50 times in 60 days.after 60 days they gave me atm cell's no and then i talked to them but no progress .sir its too late now m waiting from at least 5 months but still i dnt know when i will get my money back. just because of this i am not able to give my examination fee.from atm cell i have got a no (498).sir pleas help me n solve my case as soon as you can.my account no is [protected] my card no is[protected] my account is in mukerian branch(panjab).

            Punjab National Bank — AMT DEBITED BUT NOT RECEIVED

            Respcted sir/madam,
            my name is amanpreet kaur. i have an account in ur bank at ludhiana branch. my account no. is [protected]. i m withdrawing Rs. 2000 approximately at 17:40 Saturday from HDFC ATM which is near to CMC Chowk. But unfortunately i have not received any amount or receipt from ATM Machine. But amount is deducted from my account.
            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

              i am writing this on the behalf of my mother who has deposited a cheque in her account on 12th december, 08 in the PNB bank, Branch Sec 12A, Panchkula .But till now, its not creditied to account. If i ask them to return my cheque, they are unable to find out the cheque. Bank Manager ( Mr. Sharma) has no wherabouts my cheque.
              Its almost been more than 3 months but no action has been taken by them .I have followed up with them and they are not able to provide me back my cheque.

              I urgently need the money in the account for medical purpose. I would appreciate if the respective authority could look into this issue on urgent basis.

                Sir, I am consumer of Punjab National Bank, Nehru Place, New Delhi branch.

                Sir, I am using Net Banking Facility since last 2 years, when I use your net banking facility through IRCTC's rail ticket portal your site says 'JAVA IS NOT ENABLED FOR YOUR BROWSER -YOU CANNOT LOGIN"

                Sir, I also use other bank`s net banking (SBI) at that portal but there is no problem with SBI.

                Please do something at your level & oblige.

                It was 21.11.09 when I approached through this website complaining log in problem in my net banking because of transaction password.I had requested for solving the problem and advise.I regret to write that the reply has not come so far.It is uncourtious and uncalled for.

                  I am the account holder of Punjab National Bank, Badami bagh Srinagar.I have been the account holder of your bank for the past 30years. Since the day, I opened my account in your bank, it has not been working for me. Employees staff are not cooperative and dedicated towards their work. Whenever I visit your bank, I found the Branch Manager missing. Besides that I gave my two Cheques to L.I.C but they stopped my cheques whereas I had money in my account. I didn’t know why they did that. They deduct Rs.450. from my account. Its quite embarrassing and ridiculous. I couldn’t believe it. I am totally surprised and shocked. I couldn’t bear this kind of ignorance and negligence your bank has showed. I want my deduct money Rs.450. back in my account and I hope you will not allow such a thing to be repeated.                     Dear Sir,

                    I am an account holder with HSBC, United Kingdom. I recently tried to withdraw a sum of Rs 12, 000.00 from a PNB ATM in Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi (110 096), India on 02/03/2009 around 10:04 P.M. The ATM advised me that it was processing the transaction and then that I should wait for my money and receipt.

                    To my utter disbelief, the ATM did not dispense any money or a receipt. In a state of shock, I contacted HSBC (UK) customer services who advised me that my account was debited an amount of 167 British pounds (which roughly adds up to Rs. 12, 000). They also advised me that even though it was showing a debit, the amount had not left the account.

                    I contacted PNB and an advisor advised that I should call after 7 A.M without even listening to the grievance. Upon asking to speak to a supervisor, I was advised that lines were busy and that he was unable to transfer me to a senior person.

                    The ATM is unmanned and lacks a basic complaints/suggestions register. The fact that it lacks a CCTV also does not help.

                    I am under a lot of stress due to the aforementioned occurence and as a potential PNB customer request if you could kindly advise me about the necessary steps that need to be taken to recover the money that the ATM failed to dispense.

                      i have withdrawn Rs.2000 from pnb atm at sector 28 chandigarh than i went to icici bank sector 28 for depositing it but one of the 500 note(note number: 9AN921520) was duplicate icici bank kept the note with them and issue a slip regarding it.then i went to pnb sector 28 with the compliant but nobody deal properly they asked me to bring the note to them but icici bank refuses to give the note back i also showen the atm recepit to pnb bank but they say they can't do any thing regardind it.

                          i am gaurav mittal s/o sh.mahavir mittal from palwal. i had applied for education loan form PNB, palwal in march, 2008 & it was passed by them at that time . but this time they are not giving me fee as i have supply in my 2nd sem. at that time they had said me that they will provide me the next installment when i clear it ... the fee of that sem also ... and i have cleared it now but unluckly i have got supply in my 3rd sem ... so now they refuse me to provide 2nd as well as 3rd sem fee... at that time they have said me that you will get the fee of only that sem which i have cleared but now they are not giving me the fee of 2nd sem also... i have to face lot of prob. at the time of fee submission of 4thsem but it was about Rs. 19000... and we have arrange it from our relatives and from neighbour at a very high interest rate but the 5th sem fee is 33492+15000 (hostel fee) so my family condition is not so fare to bear the fee...if it was so then why i applied for edu loan... and the main reason behind my 2nd sem supply is that they have promised me to provide my fee before my exams but they have not paid they paid it one month later and i have to pay fine for it...
                          and MDU result of 2nd year is not so good and in my class there is only a few students are pass..
                          if i haven't get the fee then i have to drop my b.tech classes due to fee prob...
                          so i think you will do something in my favour...
                          i shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness...

                            I am a policy holder of PNB Arogya Shree for the past two years. My said policy has expired on 13-02-09. I have been constantly in touch with your executives at contact no. 3033 8282 and I have been given assurances that some executive shall visit my workplace and collect the cheque. However, nothing so happened and eventually after protracted correspondence I could get the postal address of your Andheri branch and they have guided me to send a cheque for Rs 7567/- addressing Reliance General Insurace Co., Ltd., I have ensured sending the cheque at Anehri Brnach on 13-02-09 but till date neither my cheque has been debited nor is ther any correspondence from the Andheri branch. I have already made acomplaint over telephone and my request No. is 181283. Sadly, no response yet from your Insurance company.

                            I do not want my policy to lapse and I also have to produce evidence of mediclaim amount to my office for Income Tax purpose.

                            Please guide me.

                            My parents have a reliance general insurance mediclaim policy no [protected], cert no. [protected], MA ID no [protected]. My father Sh S R Sharma has to undergo catract operation. I have contacted mirchia hospital Chandigarh for cash less operation. Doctor faxed on dated 13/11/08 to medi assist India pvt ltd, but there is no response till date. During this period I have complained to rel gen ins, complaint no 366499 dated 15/11/08 and tried to contact medi assist office hundereds of time but they don’t pick the fone. Where as company says to tackle claims within 24 hrs. I am very much fed up with this policy and I suggest all to don’t get this policy in future.

                              This is to inform you that more than 02 months ago i had use my ATM card issued by Punjab National Bank, Chatta Meel. My A/C no. is [protected]. I had to transaction of an amount Rs.10000/- and i had use my card at State Bank of India, Aishbagh Branch ATM. But i was shocked because no amount is receved by me and the Rs.10020/- is debited from my account. Regarding this matter i have forwarded so many compalints to PNB's officers through E-mail. But no action is take place till date and Rs.10000 is not return back by the bank.

                              Here i have mentioned my all the correspondences which was done through Email with bank officers from last 02 months for your reference and necessary action please----

                              I have met respective branch manager of main branch Unnao (U.P.) as on 13/03/10 and 29/03/10 regarding net banking activation and NEFT fund transfer matter ( I have transferred an amount of Rs. 2500/- as on 28th Feb 2010 through HDFC (Noida branch) by NEFT (Ref No.HF[protected]), which is successfully transferred as on 01/03/10, however it is still not deposited in my account).

                              Even I was very disturbed on both days because I have spend approx Rs.140/- in customer care without getting any positive response. However I used a very polite and gentle language with the branch manager.

                              Even he is on a very responsible and respective post. I cannot understand why and how he misbehaved with me and insulting me like that?

                              Now I am requesting you to please take further action regarding the same.

                                  ATM — charging fine

                                  1. Their should not be any charge for not maintaining minimum balance in a salary a/c as per the RBI guidelines, it is a zero balance a/c, same like other banks maintain whereas an amount of Rs. 200/- has been charged to my a/c no: 28870 ( benachity branch / uco bank). No right person was available to listen to my grievances. Most of the time they fail to maintain cash as happened yesterday evening too where my transaction was declined due to insufficient cash.

                                  Punjab National Bank — trouble with atm

                                  i use my pnb atm card for withdrawal the cash of sum 15000 before 1 month. and i use it in vrindavan. my account is with panipat branch named vrinda. at evening i use it and when i had done all formalities, the cash was counted when it comes out, it did not come properly, the macine was not ok. the cash was just in and i tried my best to get that but it was gone back. then next morning i gone to the bank and asked them for the solution, they said the money will aoutomatically trnsfer to your a/c. then i complaint to the pnb customer care they also said same thing and today after 1month nobody can tell when will money come back to my a/c. this is the fast services of the bank. i want to make my interest of my money and they frusteted me and they damm cares. i want to go to the consumer court against them.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    There was an unknown transition of amount 24, 000 from my account through net banking by some unknown person on 29th of December 2008 at 12:06 in the afternoon.

                                    The person who has done the transition is now known and the information was given by the bank, and even all the details were provided by the bank only about the person.

                                    I have registered complaint with the baranch and also with the coustomer care of the bank, but till date no action is done by the bank. They always say they are doing something and now more than 2 months have already passed and no responce from the bank.

                                    You are my last last hope, please do something as 24000 is a very big amount for me.

                                      We Gurmeet Raturi and Megha Raturi, the account holders of Punjab National Bank, clock tower, Dehra Doon, which is also salary a/c of Capt Gurmeet Raturi, Army, have two ATM cards bearing card no.[protected] and[protected]. we got the latter card issued from dehra dun in december 2008, which never got activated. so, we used the previous ATM card for all transactions. on 04 feb 2009, i transacted an amount of Rs 5000 from the card no.[protected] from Hoshiarpur ATM, but there were two other transactions which were of the amount of Rs 7000 and Rs 15000 from paltan bazar dehra dun on 04 feb 2009, which was not done by us.we spoke to the customer care and were told that the amount has been taken out from ATM card no.[protected] issued on our name, which has been blocked by us now.
                                      This is our humble request to you to please look into the matter and help us refund the amount as soon as possible as this fault is from the Bank end.And the above being the salary account is the only source of expenditure to us.

                                        My Account No. is[protected] & my bank code is 396500 at chinar complex, BB Cantt, Srinagar.
                                        I have withdrawn an amount 0f Rs. 1500/ - from HDFC ATM (AhmedNagar, Maharashtra) as on 12 Jan 2009.After transaction I did not receive that much amount, but the same amount is deducted from my main account. I have given written complaint to The Bank Manager, where my account is running. There is no any action carried out by the bank authorities.
                                        Therefore I request to your kind honour to consider this complaint by priority to refund the same amount in my Savings acct.
