[Resolved] PNB — Failed transaction through ATM | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I have my PNB savings account in Hatibarkhala branch in Dehradun, My account no is [protected].Yesterday I wanted to withdraw Rs. 2000 only from the ATM counter of Canara bank, Kalkaji onsite, New Delhi. The transaction was shown in the transaction slip. 2000 Rs. was deducted from my account but there is money came out. What I have to do to get back my money? I tried to withdraw money from citi bank ATM branch in Pashim Vihar New Delhi. I commanded for 1000 Rs to withdraw. I didn't get the cash but it is deducted from my account.
