[Resolved] PNB — Online transaction failed ( delay refund) | |||
Sir, I have complaint regarding PNB BANK , I have an salary account with this bank, On 11th june 2011 my 233/- online debit card transaction failed during under process through www.bookmyshow.com website. I logged complaint regarding the same on 13 june 2011. They committ me my money for refund within 16 days but till today almost 17 days left but my amount not to be refund and when i called today in customer care they said for any refund will take 45 days working days. Between this period i wrote mail for bank officer but they just gave me one docket number. I mentioned here all mails which sent by bank to me. Please look into this matter and try to ressolve soon.
