PNB — wrongly ATM debited | |||
To The Manager, Punjab National Bank, New delhi-110001. Sub: regarding wrongly debited from our saving account. Dear Sir, My name is ANKIT KUMAR SHARMA. I have an account with bank account number [protected] in branch railway road Gandhi marg, ALIGARH. I want to withdraw some amount from ATM but unfortunately I haven’t received the cash because of shortage of funds. Next day when again I do the same procedure then I saw there was already 7000/- debited from our account. I shocked and went to your nearest branch at patel chowk. They people told me contact their customer care and after that customer care told us that you have to wait for 15 days and the funds will be credited. After waiting so long, when we again contact the customer care then they told us you have to visit your branch where the account you have. We had faced the same there. on[protected] at 1:30 pm. I tried to withdraw 10000/ through ATM card no[protected]of state bank of india bareilly branch narkulaganj.How ever the transation was rejected.when I checked my a/c in PNB. the amt 10000/ shown me withdrawal from said ATM.
In view of above may request bunjab national bank to kindly cridet Rs10000/ back to avobe my a/c as soon as posible
