I booked a parcel to Sweden (EL[protected]IN) on 08.08.2012 from Palai(686575).

Staff said Speed post delivery with in one week. Finally, the parcel returned to me on 18.08.2012 & they are saying NO SERVICE in Sweden (wrongly informed me at the time of booking).

A parcel which I had sent on 15th June from Chennai to US(Portland)by registered post(Air Mail) has not reached its destination yet.The details on the
receipt given by the department are:A RT[protected]IN OP-Code:AR

All my afforts to trace this have been futile.Can the postal department in India or
America help me out of this predicament?In fact I wanted it to reach my grandson on his birthday which falls on 30th June.What a pity?

A parcel that I had sent by registered post(Air Mail) on15 June from Chennai to Portland,USA has not reached its destination yet.Any possibility of tracking this
parcel whose receipt details are: A RT[protected] IN OP-Code:AR.
