[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance — refund of all deposited premium + fix bonus

I Saiyed Ali S/o Haider Ali have taken the PLI policy 37261-B in convertible plan on 31.08.1984 of Rs.20,000 with a monthly premium of Rs.31.00 I regularly deposited the installments up to December,1995 but there after unfortunately i could not deposited the premium consecutive 6 months there after i approached the post office the demanded medical certificate which did not submit and requested for refund of my all installments with bonus payable also made the correspondence with post office kekri (305410) , nasirabad and jaipur . but not get the refund so far so where should i contact for my refund please guide me

I, Sk Nurali, retired person of sericulture office, bolpur, birbhum. I continued my PLI policy ( WB 89292-CS) till 24.01.2002 of Rs.50, 000 with a monthly premium of Rs.438.00 I regularly deposited the installments up to December, 2011 which was the last premium. I approached the P.L.I inspector of SANTINIKETAN and SURI for refund maturity money. They do not contact me till now. I submitted my maturity claim dated on 13/12/2011. the policy was matured on 24.01.2012. not get the refund so far so where should i contact for my refund please guide me.
