[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance — corruption of my name

Subject: - PLI policy No. DL-2270-C.
Respected Sir,
I am holding above mentioned policy since 1986 with date of acceptance as[protected] and date of maturity as 2014. I request you that in all future communication my Name Shall be treated as Sanjiv Aggarwal instead of S.K. Aggarwal as I am holding all identification, correspondence and Bank account etc. in the Name of Sanjiv Aggarwal, instead of S.K. Aggarwal. Necessary correction may please be done at on earliest otherwise it will create problem at the time of Maturity as policy bears the name of S.K. Aggarwal. Although in some of the initial documents/ passbook both the names i.e. S.K. Aggarwal as well Sanjiv Aggarwal are mentioned. If any other formalities are to be completed on this account, please convey at an earliest.
Please convey the necessary compliance of amendments/ corrections, if possible, on my e-mail as well as residential address in confirmation of the same.
