hi sir this is Prashant Srivastav from Bidar,i had opened my PLI in aug -sep 06 in 405 AIR FORCE STATION BELGAUM.till now i've not received any receipt and/or policy bond.A monthly premium of INR 630 is deducted from my salary.so it is requestd to send my documents as soon as possible .

sir this is Hav Surjit Ray from i had opened my PLI in 2001 in Bharatput APO my policy No is 423583.till now i've not received any receipt and/or policy bond.A monthly premium of Rs 318 is deducted from my salary.so it is requestd to send my documents as soon as possible .
