I have opened a Postal Life Insurance Policy of rs 8 Lakh on 02/06/2011 when i was on leave at home that time i gave my permanent address( AMIT KUMAR S/O SAHADEV SINGH,V&P-SHERPUR LUMARA,TEH.-BARAUT,DISTT.-BAGHPAT PIN-250617 U.P.) and office address(33RD BN I.T.B.POLICE FORCE,GAME VILLAGE GUWAHATI ASSAM) But I have not recd the policy of documents on that address i deposit only my single stolment 2200 rs/month of the month june 2011.i could not deposit my stolement continue because i have no policy number.now a days i m posted in new delhi .plese send my police no and my bond My present address is No[protected],HC/MEDIC AMIT KUMAR,BASE HOSPITAL,I.T.B.
