while booking the flat, you will be treated like god. Once completed. they will treat even worse than a slave. YOu cannot meet even the executives in the office. you will be simply made to wait.
When booking the flat you will be told that you can do alterations instead of reducing the flat cost. But if you go for alterations, they will say it will cost as extension only possible not alterations.
you will get calls only when they are in need of money.
All the projects are going-on and going-on for many years only. never ever getting completed on time.
All the flats will be shown as G+3 in the plan, later on it will be G+4 or 5 like that.
You will not be allowed to select your own bank for loan like SBI, HDFC etc. Only their banks are allowed even with high rate of interest.

I'm rakesh i had bought a flat in paramount in e.city as per the time they said they are going to give position, I believe it bcoz already 80 percent work was completed and now work is going continously...

Ya I agree you rakesh, only sometimes it takes delay i know that i'm also the customer of PB Builders i bought a flat in near Bommanhalli road it takes delay for two months its all common for all builders bcoz of contractors..
I think the PB builders are Giving the best price in Banglore and they dont neglect the customers...
I got two months rent also from them as per agreement...

You are right...anybody booked a flat in prabhavathi rishabh beware now they are building additional four flats more than sanctioned plan of 32 flats..which will make the entire building illegal...
They gave us assurance while booking a flat in prabhavathi rishabh that sanctioned plan will not be violated at any cost..the person who gave me assurance mr.harish poojary talked big and now he had left the job..and uncontactable..now they are building additional four apartments there in addition to sanctioned 32 which makes the entire building illegal and it wont get occupation certificate and very difficult to resell..will PB supporters get me the sanction for additional four flats they are constructing?

I strongly suggest not to go ahead with these builders. I see couple of people from Lotus giving good feedback! Well Honestly You just got lucky!!! Quality of their flast suck big time. Lot of money scammers within the project. Enormous delay in project completion. No response from the builders ion multiple follow-ups. nothing was addressed. They have lot of additional/hidden charges that they ask you to pay once the sale deed is signed.

Do not trust this builder No 1 Cheater executives and AGM so called Pinto is first face of cheating and they give you all false promises be very care full with Siraj, Pandy and Pintu no 1 cheaters they mite ask you for Money and later they will do things as you ask for which you need not pay any money

This is murugavel from Prime Engineeing, Yelachenahalli, We are supplied the fabricated grills to the Prabhavathi builders, on Nov'2013, but till now they are not paid my payment. This is the company is cheated me. I booked a police complaint against them in BTM Layout, They will be punished very shortly.
Please do not entertain such type of Builders in future.
