Prabhu — can't access my irctc account

I sign up for account in irctc. I got my mobile verification id. But I don't get my email verification code to my mail. I ask for new password. But, even I can't access my account with that password also. Now I don't know what to do. I want to book the ticket via online. I don't know any other way to book my ticket. In this regards, I face this problem. Please send message to my email id.
