[Resolved]  Pragati Valley — plot allotted but no response

I fully agree with Mr. Ashok Bansal'c comment. Even the same is happening with me. I have booked the plot in year 2006 & have made almost 90% of payment. Now I want to go for registration. But this a**h**e Ashley never pick up the call & never answer back. I have visited their Santacruz, Mumbai office many times. But no response. Even one Mr. Rakesh Sahany who was the broker of Pragati Plots thr whom I have purchased this plot is very negligible person. I want to take strict action against Sahany & Ashlay.
Let me know how can I file complaint against them.

i have taken two plots in the above projects 3 years back. Even these plots are registered. but there is no progress in the project. The dealer from whom i have bought this plot says that he has enquired from karjat registrar office also. He has already sold the entire land to some body else. HE SAYS THAT HE HAS ALSO BEEN CHEATED. Also Mr ashley stays in andheri e. When the said dealer went to andheri e and vakola police stations, the police officials told him that daily many people are coming from last 2 years with complaints of fraud of lakhs of rupees. and thousands of complaints have been launched. all o[censored]s should not wait any further and launch compliants in POLICE STATION, CONSUMER COURT, AND CRIMINAL CASE ALSO.

Wht is the latest about Pragati Valley Investors who have been doomed of their hard earned money? Can you please update me on [protected]...I myself have been duped for a 484 sq yard plot when I have paid three instalments, and cursing myself

I had talked to ashley somewhere in March 2011. He was very nice to talk to and suggested me to go for alternate developer namely Mopar Developers, Mumbai which I refused. I asked him for the refund but he refused and told me the matter will be sorted out soon and he will register my property. Now He is not picking up my calls . On enquiry I cam to know that there is no such property in karjat and his office is closed in Santa cruz. We the investors from Delhi have to get together and lodge a police complaint against him so that speedy action can be taken otherwise all our hardearned money will be lost.

I am also one of the unfortunate persons who has put my hard earned money into this fraudulent project.. I had also booked 2 plots through a Delhi agent Mr.Tarun Kakkad who is also not contactable. It is high time all those who have invested in this project came together and fight to get atleast the invested money refunded...If any of you have invested thru Mr.Trarun Kakkad and has his contact No. pl provide the same to me.
I am willing to join others including going to Mumbai and help pool resources to take criminial/legal action against Ashley and his cohorts..

I was also cheated by the same Ashley, I bought a plot in 2006 and even the plot is registered... How can he sold a plot when it is already registered.

just now i have received a mail from ashley wherein he has promised to deliver the plot in oct-2012 itself

I got a plot and even registry was done but later on it came to my knowledge that the plot registerd in my name has been sold twice again by this fraudy Ashley and all those dealers who have sold these plots to people like us are part of these gang.
