[Resolved]  Pragati Valley — no updates

I think there is need for collective action by owners/investors.

I have also booked a plot in 2007 in the same project.

Later on there were no updates & when asked for the return of 50000/-, developer has given as cheque for full amount but as usual with these crooks the cheque got bounced.

No updates even today.Numbers have been changed.

I strongly suggest to all those who put their hard earned money in this project to get together & file a case in Lok adalat.

I had also Booked a plot in Pragati valley, Karjat in 2006 for 121 Sq yards . The appointed agent and sub agents were very much aware of the fact the project was a fraud and even then they kept on collecting the payments from me in 4 equated instalments of Rs. 30250/- each. Also Sent me the allotment letter and demanded more . On enquiring abt the project, it didn't existed. and the Owner of Pargati Valley Mr. Concessio with his office in Mumbai is absconding with the money . On serving the notice to the builder, broker and sub broker involved in my case in delhi and mumbai. I have finally initited a case in Consumer court on the broker and sub-broker as they were aware of all the facts of the project and inspite of the fraud they collectted the entire money.

I have come to know that they are a bunch of high profile frauds with links to land mafia, goonda and politicians. all the agents, brokers nationwide and sub brokers are a part and hand picked by Mr concessio . We want to fight this menace of mafiaism & the politicians who are directly and indirectly sheilding the pragati group and its fraud consortium. pls join hand aganst the war against them, we will give it media publicity and expose all the nation wide builders, agents and fraud agents who are regularly involved in such cases.
We all want our 20 times the amout invested.

does any one know that can an FIR be done in economic offences wing at our respective places againt Mr Ashley Concessio and the brokers nationwide from our home town. pls post you replies.

Even I received refund chq but got bounced, last year, now what to do? is their any way to get money? can we collectively do something, two more friends of mine also invested in same and are unable to get even refund cheques.

Hi, the same thing his happened with me, I purchased 2 plots & got registered in Karjat, therafter when i visited karjat, there is nochange in the project, when asked to Mohite he told there is a dispute with the local residents & reliance company, thats why it is delayed.[protected]@rediffmail.com(mumbai)

Have also invested in Pragati Valley project. But now there is no response from Director Mr. Ashley Concessio. I had asked to return my booking amt. and accordingly recd. the same but cheque got bounced.

We need to come all together and take strict action against him before they wind up their business / office.

As planned.shortly we in Delhi are lauching a website and start a propaganda compaign against Mr conscessio, all the dealers and sub agents. We would need some money to host the website, write the article for the print media, and aslo simultaneously launch a FIR plus a complaint with the Economic offences wing Delhi and mumbai police, a collective case of fraud, 420, cheating and duping us. we woulkd request all those who are effected big or small may make generous contibution of Rs 500, 1000. 2000 as per you will and the size of the plot and investment so that the collective recovery case which is in the tune of Rs 100 crores can be recovered, from this fradulent person which is planned to be started shortly.This would be the money required to process everyones case.Details would be added soon.

Can any body told me that is plot existing there or not?

I've also purchased in 2006, given full payment of 2 plots of 242 square yards each, as per allotment letter the plots are situated in ganegaon but no other deatils available, no possession given till date. I've visited the office in mumbai but concessio (bloody ) was not available. i fully agree with all above complaints. i am also cheated by pragati. i booked my plot thr one broker rakesh sahani [protected] who was from delhi. his secretary harsha [protected] was dealing that time. now they are not in mumbai & i have been told to get in touch with ashley. but this harami never meet.
anybody from mumbai pl call me. we should meet & do something strong.
