I have bought 2 plots in pragati valley - karjat in 2008 thru broker - parallel homes (Delhi) but both people are absconding.
100% payment is done for both plots and even registration charges taken in cash for 1 plot...

hi me manish goyal with my friends booked 40 plot in pragti valley housing project in karjat owner of this compani is ashley in year 2006 and almost paid 90% of plot cost.But we r not geting any response from the company even dont know where is ths ashley .my friend visit the site last year ther is no work no development ther even somone told us yhat shley has sold all this land to someone else.i want to register a case against him but not...

I fully agree, we had 3 plots in Pragati Valley Project and today after so many years we are where we were when we booked, leave aside appreciation, we are unable to get back the hard earned money we had invested.
Spoke to Ashley and he says pls SMS the details and after doing couple of times now he doesn't pick up the phone. If there is any further news please up-date....

I have purchased plot in pragati valley karjat. NOW THERE IS NO WHERE ABOUT OF MR.ASHLEY who is the owner of the project and never pick the phone.Even he do not want to refund the money...
