I have bought 2 plots in pragati valley - karjat in 2008 thru broker - parallel homes (Delhi) but both people are absconding.
100% payment is done for both plots and even registration charges taken in cash for 1 plot...

hi me manish goyal with my friends booked 40 plot in pragti valley housing project in karjat owner of this compani is ashley in year 2006 and almost paid 90% of plot cost.But we r not geting any response from the company even dont know where is ths ashley .my friend visit the site last year ther is no work no development ther even somone told us yhat shley has sold all this land to someone else.i want to register a case against him but not know how to get that register .no one knows how many people was cheated by him pls join together and take a strict action against him

I have purchased plot in pragati valley karjat. NOW THERE IS NO WHERE ABOUT OF MR.ASHLEY who is the owner of the project and never pick the phone.Even he do not want to refund the money...

I bought two plots in 2005 and trying to get in touch with the Developer of project Pragati valley Karjat Mumbai for last more than 6 months , but i am not able to get any update about the project,,,,
