[Resolved]  Prem gas Agency Sarita Vihar New Delhi — Delay in Gas supply

Dear sir/madam,
I booked a LPG cylinder on Monday i.e 2nd of june 2008 my booking no is 424 and my cunsumer no. is 600082, from Prem Gas agency located at sarita vihar-New Delhi. I am fed up of the rude behaviour of the said agency. Today A Staff member namely Mr Praveen behaved badly as my son asked him about the delivery . Currently I have no gas at my home . I am 79yrs old senior citizen As a senior citizen I Request you to take strict action in the shape of closing this agency.
I will be very thankful, if the action will be taken very soon.

Dear sir,
Sir I booked a LPG sylinder on 6th march 2009. my consumer name is (mrs. Laxmi Devi) and consumer no. is (622899). but till date i not recieved any cylinder. i call approximately
10 times in prem Gas Agency.but there is no responce. my last Gas sylinder has been finished for 4 days. I have no gas at my home . I Request you to take strict action in the shape of closing this agency.
We are fashing a big problem due to this.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a HP gas consumer. I have shifted my resident from Laxmin Nagar (Shakarpur) to Jasola Vihar.

I have visited Prem gas service for transferring my connection from BRIJ Gas (Nirman Vihar) with all relevant documents as below

a) Auth code and CTA Out Number from BRIJ Gas Service (Nirman Vihar)
b) Rent Agreement for residential proof
c) PAN card and Driver's licence for Identity proof
d) Gas Connection related Paper


But the Prem Gas Agency representative has asked me to submit the police verification report in addition to the above mentioned document for transferring the connection.

Since I have been using this connection for more than one & half year. Will police verification report be required for transferring the connection? Please suggest what to do further, as I have been suffering for last 3 months.

Hi,

I have recently got my connection transferred to Prem Gas Agency.
I was appalled by the rude behaviour of the entire staff. It seems that they are doing a huge favour to the customer by providing the gas connection and hence think it their right to ill-behave with the customer for no reason at all.
Also, they are selling the HP Booklet (compulsorily) for cylinder delivery for Rs 45/- (for which they do not provide any receipt) against the printed price of Rs 25. If any questions are raised then the entire staff misbehaves and says that don't take the connection.
As the customer does not have any other choice then take HP gas cylinder from them, he is left at their mercy and extremely rude staff.

Some action should be taken against this agency for their behavior towards the customer. I witnessed 4 customers being rudely replied to by the entire staff of this agency.

Today A Staff member behaved badly as my Brother asked him about the delivery . Currently I have no gas at my home . I Request you to take strict action in the shape of closing this agency.
I will be very thankful, if the action will be taken very soon.
