Type of Inconvernience: Activating unwanted service at the server end without knowledge of the customer and debiting Rs 5 for each such action without authority. Inspite of DND such things are taking place.
This act is highly objectionable. I have brought this to the notice of your Territory Sales Executive Mr.Starraj S Palan stationed at udupi. I want reimbursment o[censored]nauthorized deductions.

why the company representative is not answering my request for reimbursement of deductions for unwanted activation of service without my knowledge.

Due to activating unwanted services my balance is reduced from Rs 133.85 on 3rd june 2011 to Rs 44.45 today the 19th July 2011. During this period I have abstained from using the phone to call anybody. I used my land lline phone at home just to know your dubious activity. It has proved beyond any reasonable doubt that you activating unwanted services without my consent and reducing the balance at my credit. you are also not answering my request for reimbursement of illegitimate deduction. I have every right to know why deductions are made. If you still do not e-mail me the reason for unlawful deductions I will be forced to expose your working on social networks like facebook, linkedin and twitter and you will be solely responsible for tarnishing the image of Ideacellar in the public eye.
I hope you will not give rise to such a situation.

most disgusting
customer care unit of the service provider is not responsive to my request for refund of money deducted from my credit balance. please see that refund for activating unwanted service is credited my balance
