[Resolved] Prestige — After Sales Service | |||
Hi, I took a prestige chimeny about an year back. There was a problem with motor and I called prestige customer care and gave complaint on Sep 27th. The complaint number is 7259. Since the last couple of weekends I have been waiting at home full day for the representative and following up with him. But he is not turning up. Post-sales, the service provided by prestige is really worst. Prestige should really improve on service towards complaints. I own a lot of prestige products. Now I will not buy any other prestige product and will not recommend prestige to anyone, because prestige will not bother about customers or goods sold, once customer has paid for them at the time of purchase.
