[Resolved]  Prestige — Flame is coming in red colour and vessels are becoming black

Hi Sir,
We got a Pestige Shakti Deluxe gas stove on January.
In Prestige Gas Stove ,we are getting redflame and all the cooking vessels become black.
I am calling to the customer care no :[protected],but they are not picking the call.
Please help us in how to recover the problem.

I PURCHASED PRESTIGE GAS STOVE (THREE BURNER GLASS TABLE ) ON[protected], FEW DAYS ONLY WORKED AND LOT OF COMPLIANT MADE TO SERVICE CENTRE VALASARAVAKKAM CHENNAI (TTK PRESTIGE SERVICE CENTRE) ONE MONTH CONTINUOSLY CALLED THEY NOT COMMING ATTEND AND FINALY COME AFTER ONE MONTH, NOW THEY ARE TELLING SPARE PARTS NOT AVAILABLE, NOW I AM VERY PROBLEM THIS GAS STOVE, THEY NOT GIVINING REPLACING NEW STOVE ALSO
