[Resolved] Prestige — Microwave Cooker | |
I paid Rs 11400/= to purchase Prestige Microwave Cooker from Ms.Kala Associates on 19/12/2010 by ICIC Visa Card, but the product was delivered after nearly 2 weeks everytime the Mr.Saravanan of Kala Associates said he is bring it from works and would not turn up. Finally when it was brought the piece was in a old package, the service engineer came for demonstration a wekk later when the package was opened infront of him we found the piece was not new and the guarentee card was stamped with some old date the Service center was called and informed of the same. So far they are not responding and they are giving only evasive reply. Still the old piece with old Guarentee card is with me and no one is serious about giving a new piece. Prestige — Extra billed
I today June 13, 2011 purchased one 4 liter Aluminium pressure cooker (month and year packed: FEB 2011) under exchange offer. I was billed by "Baghyam Kitchens Ware" 507, D B Road, R S Puram, Coimbatore 641 002 which claims to be your store, invoice number DAG0027222) at a MRP of 1019.23 but the box which was given to me clearly state the MRP as 980 only. When contact the store it was informed that the prices were revised by the company and I was billed on the new price. One Mr. Senthil who introduced himself as a representative of Prestige told me that because the company has revised the rate so will be charge on the new prices. But the problem with me is I was given a box which clearly has a MRP of 980/-.If the prices were revised then company sticker should be there on the box with revised prices and then only I should be billed on that price.
