[Resolved]  prestige chimney — product not supplied correctly and completely

we were gifted a prestige chimeny, purchased from kamakshi enterprises, new bel road, bangalore on 14-aug-2012. as it was in a gift pack, we did not open it, until 2-sep-2012. Finally one fine morning upon looking at the bill no.20307 and the telephone no. 41656842. we called up the shop and asked them to install it for us. As the installer did not come for nearly a week till 10 days, we lodged a complaint with the prestige customer care. Person from prestige customer care came to our home in the last week of sep-2012. he opened the gift pack and declared - clamps are missing. Upon calling up kamakshi enterprises, the shopkeeper did not respond properly. we had to again lodge a complain to get the clamps. the shop is not taking the responsibility that the clamps are missing and that they would supply us the new ones. upon arguing a lot, they assigned the task to a salesperson namedd Sunil ph.no [protected]. this person till date is not lifting the phone. somehow the prestige people agreed to give us the clamps, but they are demanding money for the clamps, as they were not available in the pack, that was sent to us. Finally on 03-oct-2012, again the installer from prestige company came and they declared, a plastic pipe required for the outlet of the smoke is not available this time. again we called up kamakshi enterprises, but the person over there was highly irresponsible. He refuses to even talk to us.
First of all, why on the company pack, is not all the items available with chimney, properly displayed.
Second, if some item is missing in the pack, company should take responsiblitly to supply to the customer free of cost.
Also, it should cease the license from such dealers, who are removing few or all the items from the pack, before supplying to the customer.

I request, no one should purchase any items from kamakshi enterpriseAlso dont go for prestige chimney as people are highly irresponsible.
