we were gifted a prestige chimeny, purchased from kamakshi enterprises, new bel road, bangalore on 14-aug-2012. as it was in a gift pack, we did not open it, until 2-sep-2012. Finally one fine morning upon looking at the bill no.20307 and the telephone no. 41656842. we called up the shop and asked them to install it for us. As the installer did not come for nearly a week till 10 days, we lodged a complaint with the prestige customer care....

Purchased Prestige chimney from Nikshan Electricals,last year. Installation cost = Rs 2000!!!! Very shoddy installation by the technician, leaving the suction pipe exposed thereby spoiling the entire look of my dream kitchen. Apparently Prestige only supplies a short length of polished aluminium casing (Strange!) and they are not able to even conceal the piping. 1 week following installation, the chimney choke blows up. Scores of complaints...
