DEAR SIR,I HAD PUCHASED CHIMNEY PAST 18 MONTHS BACK FROM SUNDAR RADIOS NAGERCOIL THERE IS SMOKE SUCKING PROBLEM FOR PAST 1 YEAR I HAD COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES TO UR SERVICE ENGGINEER MR.JOHNSON HE SIMPLY COME AND SAY NO PROBLEM .NOW4MONTHS BACK ANEW SERVICE ENGINEER CAME AND TOLD THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH SMOKE SUCKING FAN BUT IT IS NOT YET SERVICED NOW WE ARE NOT USING THE CHIMNEY SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL
