[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Delay in Delivery-poor response from customer complaint cell
We booked a consignment through Professional Couriers to Banglore on 28th of Feb, which was supposed to be delivered at Banglore on 29th of Feb. But it was deliered on 4th March only. When any clarification/query made with the customer care representative at the complaint cell at cochin-it was a very bad response from your end-they are not ready to respond to the queries-and not even in a helping mind-which caused a very much mental pain-causing not to operate wiht professional courier at all!
