documents — Documents Not Received From Professional Couriers

The Courier was sent from Bellary to Bangalore at my address many days back. The documents with cheque was sent for insurance to me for Bangalore but i have not yet received it. When called the employees are not responding. The POD No:-4764872 for Professional Couriers

we have not yet received the courier from tirpur to hyderabad which is booked on 19.03.09, the consignment no:1960197.Even making calls for customer care there is no proper response.

Proffesional Couriers — Non Delievery of Parcel

This is with regard to my courier which was booked from Delhi to Bangalore on 25th June 09. Docket NO DEL2318095.
I have been following up from 27th June onwards with your Bangalore office Customer Care :[protected], 22230459, 22247957
for receiving the same and till now i have not got a positive response. The tracking website does not pull any tracking details hence i called customer care.

Please find their response below -

Called on 26th June - Bangalore Customer Care Response - Parcel will take 48 hours please check on 27th at 12:30pm.
Called on 27th June - Bangalore Customer Care Response - Parcel is coming by surface some delay you will get it on Monday 29th June.
Called on 29th June - Bangalore Customer Care Response - We are unable to get any details, it has not reached Bangalore please contact Delhi office.
Called on 30th June - Bangalore Customer Care Response - We can't track the same it has not arrived in Bangalore - u talk to Delhi office don't call us.

When my friend Jose contacted Delhi office, they say they can track it has been shipped and will be delivered on 29th June.

Delhi office says it has been shipped and you will receive the same by 30th June.Today is 1st July still no update anywhere.

As of now Bangalore Regional office does not have any details on my shipment and tracking and your website still does not pull any details.
Surprisingly Delhi office says they can see the details and item has been shipped.

Does it take 6 days for courier to reach from Delhi to Bangalore ?
Your offices do not know where the parcel is and are directing the customer from one city customer care to another city customer care.

I have never seen such lousy courier service in my life where your offices are not able to track the shipment yourself, forget the poor customer.

hope i get my parcel if you guys are not able to deliver the same, please return the same to the sender so we can ship it though some other means.

Hoping someone will see my communication and respond to the same.As i have lost all hope now ...

Today is 5th July and still no idea where the courier is ? Now they are asking me to fill a claim form

I have booked Document Contains Raksha Bandhan Greeting Card with Rakhi at Hyderabad. Consignment No. 28272381 dtd 30/07/12(Monday), to PRODDATUR-516360, A.P. Generally any courier within a day or Max in 2 Working days to reach, but it has been reached on 09/08/2012. Can we call this service is Courier or Postal Service???. Even if i send ordinary post thro Post office it will reach max with in 3days. Document reached place after 10days!!! Proddatur is the place in Kadapa District and in AP only, not out of country place to reach a document more than 10days.

I spoke to Professional Courier Manager of Secunderabad over telephone, he told me that Due to Man Power Problem, not been reached in time. Irresponsible reply from him. If at the time of booking they should have intimate us that it takes time to deliver, from this We could see alternate Courier to reach My document in time. I am very disappointed with their irresponsible answer and irresponsible of Proddatur Incharge not to deliver in person or atlease should intimate our person to convince to collect document or request to them to deliver within couple of days. Our person went on 1st evening to collect document, that bloody bugger has not given and told to deliver on 2nd. Where is 2nd and Where is 9th??. People Has ego to deliver in person, They feel they are millioneer and sitting only to collect documents instead of deliver. I never seen this type of delay with Courier Service. Name is Professional Couriers but truly this is UnProfessional Courier Service With their Service and Poor response. I have sent Complaint letter to Secunderabad office on their web site. There is no response sofar. This Shows how they react the customer complaint..THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IS PROFESSIONAL COURIERS.
