[Resolved] property — Money is not recovering

I had given a cheque to a plot owner 1 year ago for a plot, but he is not doing registery and also no returning money, i had given him a sum of rupees 11, 60, 000 through cheque, i have all the recipts and also his cheque which is bounced once.he is always keep on posponding the dates of returning money.can u please guide me what to do???? Sir, considering that you had executed agreement-to-sale prior to giving him cheques totaling Rs. 11, 60, 000, if the builder/owner does not fulfill his part of contract, you may proceed to institute suit for specific performance of contract. And before this action proposed to be take, one has to get a Legal Notice issued. And Awaiting his move (including No-Move), you may then filing above Suit.

Trust this would suffice.
