[Resolved]  property — Need Suggestion on Property sold

Sir/ Madam,

I brought a MCD flat last year , after my purchase i come to know that there are some issues are going on with the Flat , the issue was created by the first allotee by whose name the MCD flat was allot, the installments are not deposited continously by that allotee, the mediator who showed me the flat did not informed regarding this, the same mediator sold my Flat to some , i sold my flat in loss and the person who brought the flat knows every thing , after one year he came and told me that i recieved a letter from MCD , regarding for cancellation .

Now i need a suggestion , kindly show me the way , what should i do. I am frustrated with this problem.
