[Resolved]  Provident Fund — Account Closure

I have submitted the form the close my account on 11-Aug-2008. So far it has not been creditted to my account. When I called them they are asking 10% of amount should be given to them (CORRUPTION). I have recorded the entire conversation. What do I do now?
