PF CHEQUE BOUNCED
DEAR SIR,

I HAVE RECEIVED CHEQUE BY PF BUT DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IN PF OFFICE IT BOUNCED.CHEQUE NO 852927 & BANK "STATE BANK OF INDIA".I HAD GOT CHEQUE AFTER 1 MONTHS OF DEPOSITING PF FORM IN THEIR OFFICE.WHAT I DO NOW.

I had sent PF forms 6 months back & recieved Cheque from SBI . one cheque for 6000 got depostied
other cheques for 53000 got bounced back & recieved letter & cheque from SBI . i sent thru couerier since 2 months back. still no response from chennai pf team. i tried calling thier number they said rudely call & complain to anyone. always 5days a week . 8hrs working time. no one picks call.
even when call is connected they pick call & keep aside to waste our call charges

when sent email or any courier no response frm them... cheque bounced due to thier was no signature on pf office .they had sent without any signature of draweers.

Is this way PF Operates... they even have site where it always shows same status from years & ages

i had all copy of cheque & mails/couriers with me..

Company has to stop deduction of PF as its no worth & no use for anyone... we are just loosing time & money also...

Yes, thats how these operate. No funds in their accounts because its already gone in their pockets. checks are due to bouce

I got my PF amount credited to my bank account after 3 months. Received two check payments. One of them cleared and other bounced because of insufficient funds. Moreover i was charged Rs 110 by my bank for rejected payment. will you pay this penalty for rejected payment ? Beggars !

i got two cheques from PF depptt. after 2.5 years of application. now one with small amount got credited last week but another having more than 30k bounced due to insuffiecient funds. can someone advise me pls.

I am facing all of the above problems. PF cheques sent to me after 5 months. They git bounced back due to insufficient funds and cheque rejection charges on my account. If you try calling them, no response. I tried talking to PF Mumbai branch, they asked me to represent the cheques as they have given over draft limit to the banks and by the time my cheques might have gone for clearance, the Bank's overdraft limit might have been over. My cheques got bounced back the second time as well. Dont know what to do.

Kindly advise anyone.
