I am Dheeraj Kumar. I had worked with Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited, Pune Under “crux management”
After living the job I had filled all the documents for claiming my PF amount in the office of crux management Pune.
Now almost one and half year gone but I am not received my PF amount. Since last six months I am trying to contact with crux people in their Hyderabad office (NAVEEN) and in Pune office(JENNY) via mails and phone call but no response from these people.

I had joined sbi bank as a clerk/cashier in january1989.I was posted at sbi hazaribag main branch.I worked till september 1992.then i availed study leave for a year which was not sanctioned.as soon as i came to know of it i came back to join but was not allowed to do so.within three months of taking leave i was told that my job has been terminated.i was even told to write a letter of apology for taking leave without sanction, but even after repeated requests i was not allowed to join.then in the year in 2005 when i lost all hopes of getting my job back, i asked for my pf/da with the due interest till date via letter rm/iv/gen/38..for which i was given a form to be filled and sent regarding the refund of the funds.i did so but again after that there was no response from the bank even after repeated letters and phone calls.

Dear Sir,

I was working in BUREAU VERITAS from 16th MAY 2006 to 12th OCT 2011. My PF A/c is MH/ 92540 / 175. I had submitted requisite papers like Form 19 & 10C duly filled up & submitted on 16th DEC 2011. Till date my claims for PF withdrawal is not processed. Neither Bureau Veritas NOR PF office Kandivali is providing any information. Even my mails for knowing PF status is Blocked / put under mail abuse by the Company.

It was surprising that the company had provided us the PF balance in Form 23 upto 2008-09. after that I had not received any PF statement. My Company - Bureau veritas had blamed PF office kandivali for the same.

I don't want to be get harrassed w.r.t wthdrawal of my PF amount.

I was working with Mr.Nagarwalla Engineering Co Ltd. for 6 good years between 2001 to 2007 as a Plumbing Engineer.During my services to them as an employee, they would deduct P.F from my salary every month and I have receipts of the same to substantiate my claim.

However, during these 6 years of my service, they have deducted P.F every month from my salary. However, I left their job, in the year of NOV-2007 due to some personnel reasons and moved to my native place (U.P).Since then, I personally and several times contacted them to get my P.F form duly signed by them – so I can submit the same for clearance.

But so far neither they are paying any heed to my request nor releasing my P.F form for the reasons best known to them. Iam a helpless victim of their arrogance and ignorance. I submitted Form 10 and 19 to withdraw my EPF thru my Ex employer Accenture to Bandra office . My application was submitted on 10th Aug 2010 in Bandra office. I have receipt of confirmation. EPFO website mentions that withdrawal application is completed in 30 days. It is already 6 months I have not received any amount or information from EPFO.

Dear Sir,
I had been in the employment of Delhi Public School Meerut Road Ghaziabad and resigned on March 15, 2008 on account of my family obligation after child birth.
I had submitted all the relevant papers for settlement of my PF dues to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Meerut on July 8, 2008 ( Photocopy of acknowledgement card enclosed). There after I had been regularly contacting the concerned office and they informed me that Ch # 528055 dt. 23/7/2008 Rs.41600/- and Ch # 486991 dt. 23/7/2008 Rs. 268619/- were sent to the bank vide dispatch no. EU32809782 – 4.1N on 4/8/2008 for credit to my SB A/c No. [protected] towards settlement of my PF A/c.
Due to non receipt of the settlement amount, I obtained a written confirmation from the bank on 27/9/2008 as per me request letter dated 23/9/2008 (Photocopy enclosed).
I had also made esquires with the post offices at Meerut and Ghaziabad and was informed that no registered letter containing the cheques had ever been dispatched.
Thus it is obvious that the concerned officials at Regional Provident Fund Office Merrut have resorted to dubious means to show my account as settled with ulterior motives.
Therefore request you to institute a departmental enquiry into my complaint as to whether the cheques were at all drawn and of so, how they have been disposed off.
Based on my enquires, I assert and maintain that the dispatch particulars given by them are false and fabricated and only an objective enquiry can reveal the true facts.
I hope needful shall be done at the earliest as I have suffered a good deal of financial and mental hardship.

After completing a month we approached the concerned dealing assistant at your office to know the progress of the action taken to settle the PF amount, to our surprise it was informed that the form No.3A is not submitted along with the application. On verification it was found that the said form was with the dealing assistant who was in the ground floor, on request it has sent to the concerned dealing assistant who was having the application, after 10days we approached the dealing assistant to know the position, then the dealing assistant has informed us that a form No.3A has been misplaced and asked us to submit one more 3A form based on that, one more copy of form No.3A, 6A, along with CD has been submitted. Actually the employer should submit the above form details to your department, but since we are the beneficiaries we took keen interest and met the employer and got the copy form him. (Its heard from the employer that he has submitted all relevant papers at the time of submitting the claim).

It is almost four months have been completed still the file lying with the dealing assistant untouched with out any valid reason. We here by request you to look into the matter and settle our dues at the earliest.

Sir we are almost 100 members who have applied for refund of our PF amount due to us, many of them borrowed money from the moneylenders by paying hefty amount of interest, to pull on these hard days. Once again we request you to look into the matter, and settle our dues at the earliest.

I therefore request you to kindly arrange for the transfer of my PF/EPF accumulation with interest till date to the said account at the earliest. THROUGH GRIEVANCE REGISTRATION FORM ON 17.7.2009 & 25.7.2009 REGISTRATION NOS.

CEPFO/ E / 2009 / 09315 & DARPG / E / 2009 / 13187 RESPECTIVELY BUT I AM SORRY TO TYPE

THAT THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM THERE ALSO TILL DATE. SIR I AM IN URGENT NEED OF

MONEY TO GET ADMITTED MY DAUGHTER FOR HIGHER STUDIES i.e. MBA COURSE & YOU

KNOW THE EXPENCES INVOLVED. YOU ARE, THEREFORE, REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE

MATTER SERIOUSLY TO AVOID FURTHER DELAY OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO DROP THE IDEA

OF GETTING ADMITTED MY DAUGHTER FOR MBA COURSE WHICH I THINK YOU TOO WILL NOT

LIKE THINKING THAT SHE IS YOUR DAUGHTER TOO. SIR MY DAUGHTER WILL BE DEPRIVED OF
