[Resolved]  Provogue (India) Ltd — Defective Shoes And Pathetic Customer Service

Dear Team,

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Provogue brand shoe from M&B outlet in DT Mega Mall Gurgaon - M& B is the manufacturer for Provogue shoes . The Details of the bill are given below :

The Shoe within just 3 months was TORN from Inside and I found Paper Coming out from the layer within .
I visited the DT Mega mall outlet on 21st of this Month (Since I was keeping extremely busy these days and could not go within three months from the date of purchase) and the outlet was no longer there . I went to Metropolitan mall with a ray of Hope which was to my dismay Shattered as they had a simple SORRY to say . But the gentleman was kind enough to give me the company e mail ID [protected]@mbfootwear.com.

I Kept on writing to them for days but have not received any response from them.

I feel the Standard of the product was not upto mark as of course this is not the first shoe i have worn during the last 30 years.

I have been purchasing from M&B outlet since 2006, And it is the first time I have encountered such a substandard product, which I am sure is not a norm at M&B / Provogue

I would be grateful if the company instead o[censored]nnecessary harassing me, would give me a free replacement and oblige . In any case the shoe is of no use to me .

I Sourabh Sharma purchased my shoes on 22nd July 2008 from Provogue (India) Ltd. SCO 40, Pocket 1, NAC Manimajra Chandigarh Pin 160101. Within 15 days of the purchase the pasting of the shoes got spoilt and when I went to them they took my shoes and said will speak and let me know about it. After 1 month I got my shoes replaced from them and at the same time they took my bill said will give u later. After 15 days the same problem happened again and my shoes pasting got spoiled again and this time sol was also cracked. When I spoke to Mr. Surender Pal Singh (Store Manager) over there he said we couldn’t do any thing in this matter and behaved indecently. When we asked for our bill they said in case of replacement they didn’t give bill. I am loyal customer of this brand I expect the value for my money, which I am spending for the same brand. I heart by the poor product and customer service. Money is not the matter always but It’s the matter of brand image. And I also think the company or a brand like provouge should take some serious action in these types of customer complaints because it is hard to make a brand and easy to loose its images because these are made by the customer only.

i buy frenchie from the provogue shop jabalpur, look of that is very nice but it is not comfortable in public place the size of the front is shorter as before i wear levis & jockey it was perfect in size & there is one more problem in the frenchie vest belt had broken in 1st time only it is not the case o[censored]nfortunately it happen's with 2 fresh pieces so plz solve my problem as soon as possible plz feedback on my contact no. because this is not my id it's my friend id

The Shoe within just 6 months was TORN from Inside and I found Paper Coming out from the layer within .
I visited the pantaloon outlet on 4dec of this Month (Since I was keeping extremely busy these days and could not go within three months from the date of purchase) and the outlet was no longer there . I went to rave moti mall with a ray of Hope which was to my dismay Shattered as they had a simple SORRY to say . But the gentleman was kind enough to give me the company e mail ID [protected]@mbfootwear.com.

I am loyal customer of Provogue since it is laucnhed, my 80 % shirts are Provogues. The shirts which i bought last year from Provogue outlet - Phoniex Mill, Lower Parel - Mumbai . They started torning because of poor quality of material .

No of shirts are three and i want replacement.

Dear Provogue Team, as per my provogue watch order number is[protected]. i got my watch but it is in damaged peace my watch belt is cut in 2 sides so please change my watch and return me another watch.
