I have serviced my bike in chennai (near gemini bridge) i have told that my self starter doesnt work, the head light doesnt work and the back light doesnt work . They checked all this and they told everything is checked but there was no improvement, i left that and took to a mechanic nearby and he was able t make it work but now even that is not working . I want to know is that a problem with the product or can i do some thing to rectify it completely Was this information helpful? |
Pulsar 150 cc — Unsatisfied and cheating in servicing.

I am Santosh from Hyderabad and I pursached a new Bajaj Pulsar bike from Bajaj showroom Located in ESI - Hyderabad on 30th Apr 2009. 15 days back I have given my bike for 3rd servicing when the KM reading was 4500. First two servicing was good i was satisfied. But after 3rd servicing the problem started. The next day of my third servicing my bike started giving problem and was not giving pick up. I have taken my bike to servicing center and they said that cluch was loose and did the nececessary adjustment but after 2 days the same problem repeated. Again when I went to find out what is the problem they are telling that my cluch plates are need to be changed. I dont understand why my cluch plates are gone. And 5000KM's are very less to get cluch plates spoil. To my suprise that guy is telling that there is no gaurantee for cluch plates. I 100% know that the servicing guys have changed my cluch plates. Moreover, they are least bother to give response to the customers.
If showroom servicing centers are doing such a cheap things whom should we beleive. Can any one please consider and help me out on this. I want someone to take action on this.
I request Bajaj Dealers or someone responsible person from BAJA take a necessary action.
