dont even think og ordering a cake form this place. Order your cake the previous day and be sure that cake will not reach before next evening. They charge extra for delivering the cake before 2pm. What kind of consumer service is this? Every other service can deliver cakes the next day before 2pm without charging extra and they want extra money.

Its a perfect business of fooling customers and making money.

Lack of professionalism: They provide online chat service to hear their customers. But, they dont have decency of talking to theri customers. Even customer's polite requests are shot down and chat is abruptly ended.

Call them up and they want to sell their priority delivery service and are not bothered about what customer wants or requests. Their attitude needs a huge makeover.

Dont order form them under any condition.

Some additions:

Substandard Service: A special message was sent for the receiver. And this message was scribbled on the cake box. And cakes were delivered so badly hat cream spread over the box and message was not readable.

All the florists atleast write he message beautifully on a card and deliver. Or, attach a print, if the message is too big. Nothing of this sort was done.

Never order from punecakeshop.com. Its PATHETIC.

I think so minght be this happend by mistakaly because when i order I recevied order on time and products was really fresh and yummy bt many man many mind bt it is good online cakes shop.
