Hi,
I ordered for the cake to be delivered on 20 March 2009. For midnight delivery, shop charged another 399/- INR by promising that they will refund complete money if fail to deliver. 21st March 2009 we called up the shop with order number, they replied that cake been destroyed at time of delivery so couldn't deliver the cake as promised and the person who responded to the call also confirmed that my payment will get riveted to my bank a/c which I used for shop with in 24 hours.
I did mail followups all these days but not sure if anybody reading those mails I get 0 replies.
Now from past two days when I try contacting the number presented on their home page, I am getting a " not reachable" message.
This is giving really negative impression on online stores from India. I will appreciate if anybody will take charge of this to stop this kind of false online shops. Here is the link for online shop http://www.punecakeshop.com

Substandard Service: A special message was sent for the receiver. And this message was scribbled on the cake box. And cakes were delivered so badly hat cream spread over the box and message was not readable.
All the florists atleast write he message beautifully on a card and deliver. Or, attach a print, if the message is too big. Nothing of this sort was done.
Never order from punecakeshop.com. Its PATHETIC.
