[Resolved] Puravankara Eternity — Construction Delay | |||
Sir, I have booked and paid all the money for an apartment in Puravankara Eternity, Kakkanad, Eranakulam . The project is suppose to finish by 2009 end. But now ( mid 2011) the construction is still going on. Puravankara promised to pay a project delay and rent compensation in the contract and so far no paisa has been paid. All the money has been locked up in this project and no body evr bothers to give a proper update on the completion date of the project.
It is high time that the customers form a group and make a legal move against the builders.
