[Resolved]  Puricom Water Pvt Ltd — Aquaguard RO not working

I took AMC for Aqua guard Reviva RO for a period of 1 year from ‘Puricom Water Pvt Ltd ' in April 2009 and paid Rs.2300/- for it with the assurance of Free service and spare parts replacement. The machine was highly unstable since replacement of the filters by Puricom and started giving the following problems:
1) The first day after filter replacement, the machine started leaking from back. I called up the company and got it rectified.
2) The machine cuts off in between while working and takes almost 5-6 hrs to fill 8 litres of water. This problem still persists. The engineer was unable to rectify the same.

The quaterly assured free service was not done even once. Puricom service guy came for AMC renewal in the first week of March, 2010. I informed him on the problems with the machine. He tried to fix it. He opened the machine from back and said that he has to replace the filters to resolve the issue and assured of a next day visit. The machine started leaking once the guy left. No one turned up for the next 4 days. I have made several calls to the company and 3-4 guys came for resolving the issue at different times, but of no use. For the last 3 weeks, I am completely depending on bisleri from outside. Not even a single drop of water goes inside the tank. At last, I called up Eureka forbes for a check up of the machine and they said that the motor is gone. So yesterday again I called up the customer care of puricom and the executive said that the company won’t repair it without AMC renewal. Please note that the machine is still in AMC.

I have also gone through the similar problem as reported by Ms. Deepa Verghese. I entered into AMC vide invoice number 101909 for the period[protected] to[protected]. Worst class of services are being by the company. The technician who comes to repair actually doe more harm to the machine. Unfortunately i had also entered into AMC with Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd. in August 2015. Since then the machine has never worked properly. The technician harmed the machine after frequent visits and finally the motor got burnt and the company refused to change it. I was forced to bear the costs of the motor replace today. despite the AMC is till August 2016.
An exemplary action is needed against this company which appears to be indulged in duping and cheating of customers. One lady who receives the compliant over phone, telling her name Rajni, is very rude and does not behave properly while receiving complaints. She gives one or other excuse for the delay and deficiencies and try to find fault in complainant. She is ill informed about contract rules and try to force her version only. I asked for thee email address of the company and she refused to provide the same.
My email may please be taken as a complaint against the company. Compensation is also due from the company for the cost of the motor, water purchased from the market and the mental harassment.

I also agree with Deepa, Puricom Water Pvt Ltd is the worst service provider i have ever seen,
I purchased a water purifier on 15/11/08, I hv been committed for quarterly service of my purifier but no body even called me for one year, in nov 2009 i have been called by Puricom Water Pvt Ltd people saying your purifier is to be serviced and some parts may need to be replaced, i accepted and ask them to come, a boy came on 27 nov 09 asking for payment before service, he said you have to pay before service, he gave me receipt and told me our service eng. will visit my place tomorrow. nobody has come for next one week, i called Puricom Water Pvt Ltd, they asked my invoice no. and assured me that someone will surely visit my place within 48 hrs. i again waited for next week and called she told me by the evening someone will attend my call. but its more than 4 months now and nobody has visited.
Note: “Puricom Water PVT” is in no way, and has never been connected to “Puricom Water Industrial Co. Ltd” (The internationally recognized and respected water filtration company.) “Puricom India PVT” has been illegally copying the “Puricom” brand name in India.

Totally agree with miss Deepa, beware of Puricom water pvt ltd, Pattehtic Service, their sole concern is renewal of AMC, once they receive the money, they least concern about customers complaints, even disconnects the call without listening customers problem, all tecnicians are useless, my machine is creating lot of problems since their first service & no one bother to come even after 5-6 complains, we r totaly dependent upon bislery water since 3 months & these people are still minting money by making fool of customers, I totally agree with mr.G.P.Sharma's comments regarding miss Rajni's behaviour, they are all bunch of croocks, we all should file a complaint in consumer court against this company,
