I am not sure puricom water pvt ltd.
It is service provider or sell auro as well.
Looks like it is a fraud company.
I purchased a auro from them
Puricom an iso 9001 2008 co.
It is taking 6 hours to filled 8 ltd water.
I called the technician but unble to rectify

I had made an AMC (no. 15324) with m/s aqua guard puricom from 18/11/2013 to 17/02/2016 for my Aquaguard.
As per the contract, every 6 months they will do the service for the machine but they only attend after repeated complaints. The minimum time to attend is 2 days which is not justified. In my recent complaint on 8th Jan 2016, the service engineer, mr. Brijesh attended after 2 days i.e 10th Jan 2016 and was unable to get it rectified....

Aquaguard RO not working
I took AMC for Aqua guard Reviva RO for a period of 1 year from ‘Puricom Water Pvt Ltd ' in April 2009 and paid Rs.2300/- for it with the assurance of Free service and spare parts replacement. The machine was highly unstable since replacement of the filters by Puricom and started giving the following problems:
