[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Refund of Online Booking Failed | |
I made online booking on 24th Dec.2009 twice but failed, made payment through NetBanking, send mails, made telephonic complaint on 30th Dec.2009, but till date no action from PVR Cinemas, I am doing online payments for many years but by these type of responses from merchants made online transactions insecure. I was trying to book tickects online on 15th Aug' 10, but the transaction did not go throught. Altough the money is deducted from my bank a/c, the tickets were not booked. I am now wondering if that amount will be refunded back to me.

I am facing the same situation now. Last night (9th sep, 2010) i booked 4 tickets through net banking and the amount was dedected from my account however i did not receive any confirmation screen/mail from PVR. Tried calling the customercare number but no response. I don't even see a booked history column in PVR website.I am not sure if i can the avail those tickets or not. Has any one got the amount refunded before ? Please help.
