[Resolved]  Quatrro — not yet recived the PAN card, status showing as returned. confirm whn would you redeliver it.

Quatrro is the worst company to work with. Only those on top positions, only by luck, are earning hefty amounts. They are the ones who come to the office for a few hours and that too for munching all the days in their office. whenever you enter their cabin, u will find them laughing and eating something, especially one of the VPs, Shailendra. They treat their employees as crap. They would not listen to any of their suggestions. Overall, not a good company to work for.

Its true. Quatrro is the worst company to work with if one really want to work. If one doesn't want to work and quatrro has hired them please don't leave.
I worked with the company for 6 months and from day 1 on the floor it has been horrible. I was hired for a customer service profile for their Technical solutions Group. There was no proper training. Different people came to give knowledge about the product for 15 days. Everytime they said 'forget whatever the other person has informed you'.
The real problem is they don't have any process for customer service. Its sales. Difference is Its inbound. And one have to sell technical support by taking remote session of a computer and using wrong means. When the matter was discussed with concerned person i.e. manager, HR. After the discussion HR person told me to resign if I don't want to work. Manager aid 'now the damage is already done and nothing can be done about that'. Finally I had to leave the company because of their attitude.
I don't know what to do. Sometimes I want to take legal action but I have already left the job. I'm just waiting for FNF. Quatrro is registered with NASSCOM and is certified by ISO. I wish I had all the pictures of the production floors. How dirty and messy they are. This company doesn't deserve ISO certification or NASSCOM.

I completely agree with this. I'm sorry to say but Yes, Quatrro is the worst company to work with.
Basically, Raman Roy has a formula for his dictatorship. He had launcehd other companies, where he provides many facilities. So, He later thought of doing an experiment_ He thought Lets make a company where we would provide no facilities, NO good food, No good cabs, No proper place to work, NO worKing PCs, nothing, jst a fair amount of salary (even to the non-deserving candidates) & run a company. And guess what a bunch of made his experiment successfull. Thank God I left it, b'fore I get into sm deep [censored]hole of my career.
