Dear Sir, This is regarding the harassment faced by undersigned on 24th Sept'13. I would like to inform that I called up the customer care and requested to replace the stepney in my car "I 10 Car - DL10CD1089" which was parked in my office at Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi. I ranged up around 9.20 am apprx and was informed to reach the helpline within half an hour. After giving reminder, it reached around 12.00 pm after two and half hour. When the person came, I requested to replace the stepney of one wheel. The person refused to replace and said it is not puncture and he gives the service for puncture only. That time there was less air in the tyre, but not completed exhausted. I told him that when I started from my residence, there was very little air and hardly reached the puncture shop. The puncture wala told that there is a puncture and due to hurry in reaching office. Since all the tyre of my car is tubeless, he advised that he will refill the air which works around 10 hours and will get it repaired in the evening. Accordingly I did it as he said, due to this reason, when your person came, there was less air and looks OK. I told the whole story to your person and requested to change the stepney, but he didnt listen anything and gone away. When I told to give a complaint in RACE, he has not bothered and told that RACE has very less nos of their own vehicles and most of the time they hire from outsource. After this, I gave a call again your customer care around 2.00 pm regarding this, one caller Mr Abhishek (I dont know whether it was his real name or fake name), confirmed that other helpline service will reach at destination within half an hour as usual and they will take an action against that outsource vehicle. Nobody reached till 4.00 pm, than again I called up and tell the whole story to your next customer care executive so called name Mr Ravinder and assured to reach the vehicle within half an hour or one hour. Regret to inform you that nobody called up from your office after that and even helpline service not reached till 6.30 pm. After that I took the jack from someone and replace the stepney (jack was not in my car, dats why I tried to take your services car was not in a position to drive due to negligible air) and paid Rs 50.00 to that person. You people instead to solve the problems rather to create the problems, than what is the use of your membership, . Now you can easily understand the false assurance and fake commitment by your team members. One thing, I also wish to inform you that I was the member of "CROSSROAD" prior to RACE since last 8 or 9 years and I got such an experience which I can never forget. I have taken Ist time your service and got such a bad experience. Keeping in view the above, I would request you to please look into this matter and reply. If possible please refund my membership fee which I gave hardly one or two months back. Regards Neeraj Srivastava (Mob - [protected])
