I have taken annual membership for my car vide payment id no.[protected] on 8th july 2018. Inspite of my repeated reminders and calls at your customer care i have not received any card or document till date. All your executives are just making fool o[censored]s by saying your payment has been received and your card will be dispatched very soon. Useless fellows. I think i should send a legal notice to your lazy company as if they need to collect money without giving any service to their customers. If i dont receive my card by friday, i will teach u a lesson o[censored]r life.

My i'd no is 30517.. I called for towing my car from home to service centre even ready to pay charges according to their policy. Their mechanic called and denied upfrontly.. I again called executive said they will send the crane next morning as there is no entry for towing cranes at day time... I called them at 8 in the morning executive said he will call me back.. It repeated 3 times... At last they even stop receiving or cut down my calls... See its not about money i have paid but about commitments you people make to consumer to loot their money.. Now ill see you all in consumer court.

We had a car breakdown in gurgaon. We called them and asked for there sevice but there executive refused to provide it giving an illogical reason. Wecrequested them so much but they were so arrogant and later on they hung up there phone so that we could not reach them. Highly disappointed. They just make money by fake commitments . They actually provide no service....

Sir actually I m the customer of race car helpline my I'd number is 19095
I hv complained in the morning regarding my car at 9 o'clock, their executive said that within 1/2 an hours u will gets the service but after one hours again I make a call to him nd the result was zero and again time put in front of me 1 hrs bur still I didn't gets any call from that side event hen there executive are treating like a cheap language. That s why I hv to arranged ge pvt mechanique and get the service from there but b/w this time I hv spend my money my time etc then why I should go with them .I request you do the need full for me otherwise I will go in consumer court .

DENIAL OF SERVICE BY RACE CAR HELPLINE

Shocking, horrifying and unreasonable response of RACE
CAR HELPLINE on 10.04.2015
I m a senior citizen customer of RACE car help line and my
membership no is PC4189. On 10.04.2015, I was driving my I10 car with my three
family members, (including two female members). At around 17.15 hours, in
DWARKA, my car developed a problem and it was not able to move further.
Then I rang up Race helpline 48885888 and requested to
depute their team for help. On being asked some more information about the car
failure I explained that the car was in Neutral and unable to shift gears. It appeared the CLUTCH
CABLE might have SNAPPED.
I was shocked to hear the response of Race helpline that Clutch
Cable replacement can’t be done by RACE team at site and I should make
my own arrangement to rectify the problem. Even on my telling that similar
failure was attended by Race team at site around 5 months back, their response
continued to remain negative.
Thus, I felt CHEATED
and it AMOUNTED TO DENIAL OF SERVICE by the RACE CAR HELPLINE. Besides, I was subjected
to highly emotionally negative situation.
This is as bad as asking for an ambulance and getting
response that ambulance cannot be
provided for the reason that the person receiving complaint was not in a mood
to provide service.

I Have policies of my Three vehicles from Race. When I needed service for my Bullet I was denied saying that you have not mechanic for Bullet. Now again I complaint on 15 Feb 2015 at about 4.00 pm that my vehicle got punctured and its tyre is to replace with stepony. I was told that you do not have mechanic and it is not possible to send any one only tomorrow i.e. on 16 Feb 2015 morning someone will come. Again on 16 Feb 2015 at about 11.00 am I called customercare and again I was told that you do not have mechanic at present and someone will come after 1.5 to 2 hrs. When I wanted to talk to some Senior of the Co. some Mr. Rahul told that he Senior and no one else is available and he cannot give phone No. of any other Senior person.Again after waiting for whole day at about 4.00 pm when I contacted customercare Some Mr. Pradeep Jha said that you still do not have any mechanic and I have to wait for some more time.
It is really a frustating that I after getting Race membership of my three vehicle I am stuck on the road and my vehicle is lying as it is for last 24 hours without my fault. I want immediate reply and reasons for the harassment by the Co. I have recording of all the conversation with you rep at customercare.

Unreliable - Horrible service

I had a tyre puncture and had to change the tyre with the stepny, called the car helpline on 27th dec 2014 saturday at 10.22 a.m.
I was told that the mechanic would reach in 30 minutes . Kept on calling them but in vain. To my surprise Mr Rahul the customer care person told me that he cannot be sure when the mechanic would reach me as it all depends on the road conditions and it may take hrs .
No manager is available, he cannot share the phone number to me as they are not allowed to. This means that the client cannot raise a complain . I waited till 11.45 a.m.and then got the tyre changed and paid for it. The mechanic called me at 12.noon . In case it was night and the car would have broken down in a dark area then you are sure at risk.
Mr Rahul told me that I can speak to the branch manager Mr Ranjit Singh or the owner Mr Neeraj Kumar nothing will happen.
This is state of the Race car helpline - females should avoid taking this service as Delhi Ncr being totally unsafe and this car helpline has no reliability . There is no one to listen to complain and resolve . Once the payment is done they are least bothered to give the service . The time written in the paper of 30 minutes is to fool customers .
I have had a very bad experience, thank god it was daytime and a saturday .

This is such a poor helpline car service...least bothered about their customer requests. They seem to be fake as no one from their end has ever attended to my help at the time of car break down. Simply money making business, I do not recommend anyone for this helpline.

No service and misbehave

My customer card no. of RACE car helpline is CC 014588.I had called the RACE car helpline on 11.8.14 at 7PM having complaint number 9212 to repair my cars tyre puncture. I was assured that mechanic will reach within 30-40 mins. But the mechanic never came and no one picked up my phone for next 1 hours. So I had to eventually take a taxi to go to the party and return back home. My car had to stand on road for full night which was very dangerous and risky.
Then next day on 12.8.14 I again called the helpline number at 8AM morning. I was told that mechanic could not go last night and would be coming in 30-40 mins.But again the mechanic never showed up. Again I called from 9AM-11AM for 4-5 times. I never got a satisfactory reply and on top of that the customer care person misbehaved telling that mechanic will take time to come and "jo karna hai kar lo" and disconnected the call. All this caused huge mental harassment and inconvenience.

Today i.e. on 13.8.2014, I called the Race Car Helpline at 8.15 PM for replacing the punctured tyre of my car at Timar Pur, Delhi-54. I was told by the Race executive that it would take one hour to attend to my complaint as the Service Van has broken down. He told me that another mechanic would come from Peera Garhi to fix the tyre. When nobody came after one hour, I called the Help line again at 9.30 P.M. The executive told me that the Service vehicle which was to come from Peera Garhi had also broken down and would therefore take some more time to reach at my location. I called up again around 10.00 PM and was explained that the mechanic looking after Timar Pur area is sick and others are held up, so I should wait for some more time. When I asked how long should I wait, the executive expressed his inability to give any time frame. The anti climax came at 10.50 PM when I called again to remind that 3 hours have passed. I was cooly told that no one would now be coming to attend my pending complaint. The Race executive was however considerate enough to promise that the mechanic could be sent next day morning at 10.00 AM! I wonder how these people are allowed to run such fake and funny agencies right in the Capital city. Imagine the plight of people like me who are being befooled and harrassed by such a cheap and cheat Car Helpline called Race. I hope some concerned authorities will surely do something about this. My Race Card membership No. is CC-020200 with validity period from 16.6.2014 to 15.6.2014.

Fraud / cheating done by race car helpline

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have taken 2 memberships (No. CC- 015946 and No. CC-015947), one for my car and another one for my bike. Today, my bike developed a puncture while on road nearby my home and i called RACE Helpline at the provided helpline no.[protected] at 6:00 PM to fix the puncture. To my surprise, the helpdesk executive told me that i will have to pay a hefty sum of Rs. 100/- for the puncture fixation. I was completely shocked as i was clearly told by your selling agent/dsa that all such small repairs including fixing of puncture would be done without any charges. Further, the nearby shop charges only Rs.30/- for fixing punctures but i was asked to pay Rs. 100/- by your customer care executive which further makes your service ridiculous and absolutely unusable. I did told him that what i was told by your selling agent but he did not listen and disconnected my call. I felt highly humiliated and cheated.I had to drag my motorcycle to my home in this scorching heat of Delhi and was left with no option then to report this incidence over email to you now.Thus sale done to me was clearly a mis-sale/ cheating / fraud and hence i request you to issue a refund to me immediately for both the memberships failing which i will be left with no option then to file a consumer court complaint in which case i will be claiming full refund along with interest and compensation for the physical and mental agony I have undergone by being cheated by your company.Alternatively, you may arrange to fix the puncture of my bike free of cost at my home and ensure that from next time onwards i am not being exposed to such incidents / denial / charging for such services.This email may be considered as my notice before filing consumer court complaint.Thanks & Regards, Uma Shankar GoelC/o Ram Niwas GoelADVOCATEM. cheaters race car help line

Dear All
This is just to inform you that I retreat my decision by becoming a member of RACE car breakdown service.
The service is completely useless, they are cheating their customers by giving false commitments.
The people out there are very useless and rude, never I my life will recommend anyone to take their service.
I have filed a complaint at 11 am that my car is having starting problem and till 4 pm no one came to assist me, every time I call they say person is on the way and will be reaching in 10 mins after that a person comes on a bike to help me out.
Imagine for a luxury car these people have sent a person on bike which he was not able to help and went back and for another 2 hrs I had to stand on the road then I called up the local guy to help me.
It's a sincere request please don't cheat people it's their hard earned money no matter what is the amount.
If you are unable to provide services then close down your services but don't cheat people.
Very depressed and shocked.
The people working in the company should be ashamed of the services they provide.
Useless people useless company useless service.

and complaint no 24043 my car No is DL13CA5860 i
had I had a miserable experience with RACE car helpline today,
there was some problem in my central locking system and I requested to replace
the Stepney of one wheel too. my car was not going to open and i was stuck on
the road side near to one of my relative
house. I call to your customer care centre to lodge my complaint related to my
central locking as well replacement of Stepney,
when i call them and ask to send someone
to resolve this issue they said my first complaint for central locking does not come under our service, on the other side they said you
can only lodge one complaint at one time so it is not possible to replace Stepney at this same time and we would not forward
any technician at your location, they also threat me if i will
argue to them they will discontinue my
membership so it is threat from your customer
care supervisor Mr. Sanju Kumar and one other CSA Mr. Rahul I have all the

Getting membership of Race Car Helpline is my WORST EXPERIENCE of life. Since getting its membership I have tried on 5 five different occasions to get help to change tyre as got a tyre punctured but despite my repeated requests could not get help even after more than 3 hours. This is absolutely a worst car helpline which is not serious to deliver good service. Even today I am waiting till last 3 hours to get help from RACE but no help has been provide uptil now. So now I have to approach some nearby local mechanic to get help.

Dear Sir,
This is regarding the harassment faced by undersigned on 24th Sept'13. I would like to inform that I called up the customer care and requested to replace the stepney in my car "I 10 Car - DL10CD1089" which was parked in my office at Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi. I ranged up around 9.20 am apprx and was informed to reach the helpline within half an hour. After giving reminder, it reached around 12.00 pm after two and half hour. When the person came, I requested to replace the stepney of one wheel. The person refused to replace and said it is not puncture and he gives the service for puncture only. That time there was less air in the tyre, but not completed exhausted. I told him that when I started from my residence, there was very little air and hardly reached the puncture shop. The puncture wala told that there is a puncture and due to hurry in reaching office. Since all the tyre of my car is tubeless, he advised that he will refill the air which works around 10 hours and will get it repaired in the evening. Accordingly I did it as he said, due to this reason, when your person came, there was less air and looks OK.
I told the whole story to your person and requested to change the stepney, but he didnt listen anything and gone away. When I told to give a complaint in RACE, he has not bothered and told that RACE has very less nos of their own vehicles and most of the time they hire from outsource.
After this, I gave a call again your customer care around 2.00 pm regarding this, one caller Mr Abhishek (I dont know whether it was his real name or fake name), confirmed that other helpline service will reach at destination within half an hour as usual and they will take an action against that outsource vehicle. Nobody reached till 4.00 pm, than again I called up and tell the whole story to your next customer care executive so called name Mr Ravinder and assured to reach the vehicle within half an hour or one hour.
Regret to inform you that nobody called up from your office after that and even helpline service not reached till 6.30 pm. After that I took the jack from someone and replace the stepney (jack was not in my car, dats why I tried to take your services car was not in a position to drive due to negligible air) and paid Rs 50.00 to that person. You people instead to solve the problems rather to create the problems, than what is the use of your membership, . Now you can easily understand the false assurance and fake commitment by your team members. One thing, I also wish to inform you that I was the member of "CROSSROAD" prior to RACE since last 8 or 9 years and I got such an experience which I can never forget. I have taken Ist time your service and got such a bad experience.
Keeping in view the above, I would request you to please look into this matter and reply. If possible please refund my membership fee which I gave hardly one or two months back.

I had called the Race car helpline at 6:45 a.m. to repair my punctured tyre. They said the mechanic would be reaching within 40 minutes. As the mechanic did not reach, I called them to check the status. I called them a couple of times and each time they would say "they are checking and would confirm how much time the mechanic will take". Till 8:20 a.m.,(1 and half hour after complaint was registered), NO mechanic came to repair my car. Finally I had to get it done on my own. Race helpline promised 30-40 mins service while giving membership, but when it comes to delivery, they are not able to fulfill it.
Being a female who travels from gurgaon to south delhi daily, I took their service thinking that it a reliable one but unfortunately, they are same as others in the market.

On 6th sep'09 at around 4.00pm , i was unable to start my car and my car was parked in Sarojoni nagar market (NDMC parking). I gave a call to race car helpline and entered my complian and they ensured me a call back with the mechanic details. 20mins passed no response from anybody. Again i gave a call and provided my car & membership details and the person ensured me a call back with mechanic details. i waited for around 15mins no response. I called up again and i provided my memebership/car details and then the person over the phone says their mechanic is busy and he will come to me after he finishes his work. The whole drama went for an hour and finally i managed with a local mechanic and got the problem rectified.I had many bad experiences with race car service and i would like to know the process for getting back my membership fee.
race car services are not at all upto the mark for customer satistifaction.

Dear Sir,It is to be brought to your kind notice that i had taken Race car helpline services from PRJ AUTO SERVICES (p) LTD, having customer Card no DEL[protected] I have taken this facility on 30/11/2010 and my card is valid from 30/11/2010 to 29/11/2011 for which i had pay charge of Rs 400/-
I got my car punctured on 30/01/2011 and i had called up car race service to get my car repaired they didn't send the person for one hour then i again called them up there reply is they are sending the person within 15 minutes again one hour has passed and no one attended me
Then i got call from there side that we will not give you any services since i used rough language and i can do whatever i can do
I had to go to attend one function and i got my car repair from outside and i went there
They harrsed me mentally and I want to take your help
Kindly intervene as i was harrased at that time & anyone can be harrsed
If we have paid for some servies we should get it,if not then they should given license to make fool of anyone

RACE CAR HELPLINE — Service not provided as committed
Dear Sir/Madam,I am owning a car Maruti Alto Lxi Regn No. DL 9CS 0323. I am carrying Race Car helpline registration valid till may 2012.
Yesterday on 26.10.11, My car got brokedown, due to battery fault. I have made almost 50 phones on helpline no., which was set intentionally at busy tone.
I have faced lot of problem to this, with help of local rickshaw , i manage to call nearest mechanic(local) who charged me Rs 300/- to tow my car to workshop for temporary repair.
I want to register a case against Race Helpline for failing its commitment and harassing customer

It been a an habit of race car helpline not to pick customers call, I tried to call them when i need them i tried 15 times their number but they never pick. For the payments for renewals they start calling 1 week back but when we actually need them they are never they what kind of service they are running. Helpful

BAD SERVICE - LOOT RAHE HAIN

Today ,it is 2nd October, 2011. Race car helpline is the worst helpline I have seen and also from the comments given by others. My membership no. is DEL[protected] taken by me on 15/02/2011 by paying a cheque of Rs. 460/- valid for 15 months till 14/05/2011. Today at around 6:45 p.m. my car had the starting problem and I tried RACE CAR HELPLINE nos. 40007000, [protected] as well as [protected]. On the first two nos. bell was going on but there was no response while on the third number, after two-three bells, the operator was disconnecting the same. Somehow, after around 20 minutes someone picked the second phone but did not write the breakdown complaint asking me to try 40007000. When I insisted that no-one is responding on that phone, he said he cannot help me as complaint can be written on that number only. I again tried the 40007000 and to my luck it was picked up by someone and my complaint got recorded at around 7:17 p.m. Although, the time to attend the complaint is normally half an hour, I waited thereafter till 8:00 p.m. I had no other option as well because on 2nd October, the whole DELHI market was closed and there was no mechanic around. I again started trying their numbers continuously till 8:30 but without any result. Luckily I had the number of the person who took the membership cheque from me. I contacted him who told me that he had left the service of RACE but somehow he promised to help me by asking his friend who is still in the service of RACE. At around 8:40 p.m. I was still on the road when I received a call from [protected] (the third number) that their help vehicle had also broken down and would reach me in another one to one and a half hour. At that moment I called my friends and get my car towed to my home by their car. On reaching home, I again started trying theri number and again complete bell going on without any response. At around 9:45 p.m., someone picked up phone no. [protected], who listned to my complaint and the whole story but astonishingly, replied that there is no complaint booked against my car no. or my mobile no. during the past 24 hours. He recorded the complaint afresh and promised that within half an hour mechanic would reach my place. Again, since 10:40 p.m. I am trying thier numbers as no mechanic has turned up. 40007000 ia continuously giving me busy tone now which was giving ringing tone, On [protected] I am getting a computerised message that the dialed number is switched off. [protected] is not giving any reponse or tone and is being disconnected after 2-3 seconds. It is now 11:50 p.m. and still waiting for their mechanic to turn up or any phone call to tell me the exact position of my complaint .

I had a miserable experience with RACE car helpline yesterday when I had a breakdown in my Car on NH 8. I am covered under the RACE membership in 399 Rs but when I called up the company for on road assistance I found that there was no one to answer the call on[protected]. They promise this service as a Car Ambulance and when its required is all a white lie. I had to spen more than 3-4 hrs on the road missing all my commitments of the evening. I have two memberships of Race Car Helpline. One of my Eterno Scooter for last four years and other for my Wagon R for last one year. First time when I called Race at 11.30 PM their mechanic came who was drunk and could not mend my car or could not find out the fault. After that he towed my car to my residence which was only 5 km and charged Rs.100/- for the same and also took new switches of my car for which I complaint to Mr. Satbir at Race but no satisfactory response I got.
Now again today (04 Jun 2011) I got stuck at Vasundra. My car was not starting. I tried my best to contact customer care help line but nobody picked up the phone. My ailing mother was also with me. After trying for 15-20 minutes I contacted Mr. Kamal who came to my house for enrolling me as a member for Race Car Helpline for my Car and earlier for my Scooter for last 3 four years. I was shocked to hear his reply. He said that there is strike in our company and he cannot do anything for me.
It is unfortunate that the people who got faith in the company and enrolled as member and due to which the company is running and earning livelihood and a number of employees of the company are getting bread and butter due to these members only are being dealt like a beggar at the time of emergency. It could be a more dangerous to have faith on these people if someone stuck in a lonely place at night when he has some female with him.
I want to intimate all the people who read this comment to be careful from these type of fraud and irresponsible companies and also request the readers of this comments to suggest the legal action that could be taken against these fraud companies.

I tried their number hundred time but looks like they all were on vacation after promising 24x7 service.

RACE CAR HELPLINE — Phone not picking
My car broke down near my home on 16th Aug and I kept calling RACE Helpline for about 2 hours but no one picked the phone.Finally I had to call local car repair person who has fixed the problem.
The service of RACE car helpline is really pathetic and frustating.
There is no point in subscribing to their service if they can't do their job when needed. Fees, however, small in amount is absolutely waste.
It is better that in case of emergency, always take help from Justdial or Yellowpages and find out a local repair service agency to fix the problem.
Race Car Helpline is a BIG FRAUD. They pester you and collect money for annual contract promising 24x7 on-road service but when you need them they are never available. I have 2 contacts from them (no: DEL[protected] and DEL[protected] valid upto 27 July 2012). The helpline number given in their contract[protected] does not exist. Even their website does not give any Contact details.
I invite on all 'members' of this fraudulent Race Car Helpline to gather and let's file a case of cheating against them. They are fraudsters and they should be dealt with accordingly. Their right place is JAIL.

Cheating / FRAUD

I had subscribed to the RACE car helpline on 04/07/2006. After which i have been regularly paying the annual renewal amount to them. Last year RACE company had sent their Franchise sales agent named NAGMANI; to my residence on 16 February 2010 for the renewal again. The amount of Rs 330/- was paid to the person for Renewal, which was valid for 15 months, i.e from 05 april 2010 to 04 July 2011. The Sales agent gave a receipt for the same.
On 22 April 2011, when my car had a puncture, I called up RACE at 11:30 AM, the call centre for Help the man told me that my RACE membership had lapsed on 05 April 2010 itself. I pleaded to him that my membership to RACE was valid and i have the receipt for the same. But Race helpline people refused to provide the service and said that the agent must have done a FRAUD. I informed them that an account payee cheque was given to their agent in the name of "PRJ Auto".
Now Despite having paid I was not given the service. which is clearly illegal.
RACE CAR HELPLINE violates the rights of all the customers.
Kindly suggest me the solution for this as i also have the receipt for the payment and my passbook shows that the cheque was cleared in the name of "PRJ Auto".

Fake Commitments - No response at odd hours

I have been a member of Race Car Helpline since last 5 years now. I had never imagined the type of service I would get after being their customer for so long. On 18/03/2011 at 03:30 AM, my car broke down on MG road when I was coming back from my office. I tried to call Race Car Helpline on diffrent numbers they have provided to us but with no response from their side. All the numbers were kept on busy for almost 3 hours. I tried continuously for 3 hours and then finally some one picked up the phone.
I thought that now atleast I would get some assistance and would be able to reach home. However, on the contrary the guy told me that the fault my vehicle had was not repairable on the site and the vehicle had to be towed. I requested him to send a vehicle so that my car could be taken to the nearest service centre.
However, initially he refused to provide any help. Then after a lot of insisting and persuation he said that the towing vehicle can only be given for 5 kms. I asked him about the charge for beyond 5 kms. He advised me Rs. 50/km. Where as their website shows the below mentioned information:
Free towing service is only provided upto 5 kms or to the nearest service station beyond which extra charges will be charged per km 10 destination point on case-to-caesbasis @ Rs.20/- Per K. m.
Finally at the end he gave me a number of some towing services and said that they would charge me the actual cost.
After spending my good 5 hours on the road and Rs. 1250/ for getting my vehicle towed for just 5-7kms I reached home.
I really felt cheated by this stupid company, who promises big but delivers nothing.
There was no response to my calls for almost 3 hours and I did not get any service as promised by them.

RACE CAR HELPLINE — no help provided
I am paying Race car helpline membership fee atleast for last 3 years but they don't attend the complaints on time. On[protected] my car tyre got punctured and i call the race helpline for help. After waiting for more than 1:30 hours and 3 calls in between I got no help. If i have to spend money on roadside help then why we are paying for car helpline.I don't know when they can provide timely services because in a similar situation aroung 2 years back help came after 1 hour.

I am a subscriber and member of Race car helpline.Last night i had starting trouble with my car.Called race innumerable times in a span of one and a half hours.No response.Got to hear only recorded messages.I gave up but tried again this morning at 8.30a.m.Finally got through after several tries.After complaining about last night's no response to my call which was evaded by the person at the other end,I was assured that their service van would reach me in 30 mins.When no one turned up for the next 3 hours,i called them again.I was given the mob.no.[protected] of the service guy who they told me was on his way.When i called this no. to followup,the man at the other end told me that he was stuck somewhere and he had asked his office to send another service van to me.Till now ,that is 2.15 p.m. neither has the van arrived nor have they had the courtesy to call me and explain the delay to me.All my phone calls are constantly going unanswered.This is a highly disappointing experience.This unprofessional attitude is just not acceptable.I request that the concerned authorities should take strong action against Race. NO SERVICE

I am a RACE CAR membership from last 3 years. I occassionally used their service in last 3 years. Yesterday my car broke down and I logged a call to RACE at around 08:30 PM then told me that service van will come in around 40 min. But after 1 hr when I called them again they told me that the van should reach any time to me, but even after 30 min the van has not reached. Then I again tried calling them around 10 PM and then nobody was picking up the phone even after I tried for 10 times. Then after 5 min I got a call and it was from RACE they told me to go to my society gate as the van driver was not able to find my flat, The person on the phone was very rude and told if you have to get your vehicle repaired then you have to go to the gate otherwise van will retrun back. I went to my society gate and nobody was there on the gate. When I called RACE Helpline again they told me very rudely that call us tomorrow morning as nobody will come in the night to service your car even it is 24X7 helpline.
Now I am trying to call them from last 1 hour but I am not able to logg my complaint as either their numbers are busy or switched off.
It is very strange service, I will not recommend anyone to go for RACE membership.

Whenever i need them - these folks are not available. I get my tyre puncture fixed before these guys show up most of the times and then i forget. It has been three years since these guys have been fleecing me.
How is this website going to help - or is this just a place to come and crib.
What a shame to have paid Race Car 2000 bucks for the two cars that i have in the past three years and get zilch in return.

POOR SERVICE NO RESPONSE

When it needed the most these buggers didn't turn up. Yesterday my tyre got punctured at Naraina Flyover at peakhours around 6:15 PM. Moreover my jack was not with me at that time. Ive tried to call them for about 1 hours standing on the flyover helpless. No one picked any of the four numbers given by them.
For the past 3 years I was paying 399/- but it was useless.
Thanks to MOS (Maruti On-road Service ) they managed to change my stipeny and responded in only 15 minutes.

My Car was getting overheated Yesterday. Called these people who are taking money from the last three years. After waiting for 2 hours on the highway, their machanic came & put the coolent in the car. He charged 160 Rs for one litre & said that he does not have water to fill in the coolent tank.After driving for another 500 mitres , the car again started overheating. I again called them they said that they have taken U turn & can not come back. They also suggested that i should call customer care again & get a new macanic.
With this kind of service & attitude, their license of providing services should be cancelled imediately.

I am an existing subscriber of Race Cars Helpline membership. At the time of subscription, they commit that on receipt of a complaint their recovery van would reach the destination within 30 minutes. However, my experience so far with them have always been very bitter.
Firstly, once they receive a call, they will promise you that their mechanic would reach within 15-20 minutes. After 20 -25 minutes you will still be wondering when their mechanic would reach your place. Once you make a reminder call, you will be surprised to hear the same assurance that the mechanic would reach the destination within 15-20 minutes. This assurance will be given every time whenever you call up subsequently to check the status of your complaint because, the call center is clueless of their recovery van and until or until they are sure that they would be in a position to send a recovery van to your destination, they would continue to give the same assurance. Finally, you will discover that a recovery van would arrive at the destination after 1 1/2 hrs or 2 hours of your sweating on the road.
The very reason for the delay is because their mechanics after attending a regular complaint, would attend some other complaints on the roadside without the knowledge of the call center. This would fetch them additional income at the cost of the members who would be standing by the roadside waiting for help after lodging complaint.
It is truly astonishing that the race car management is so careless and make mockery of the so called "On road assistance" - of course it is true that the subscriber is made to stand ON THE ROAD FOR ASSISTANCE" after receiving all false assurance.

I am member of RACE helpline for last 3 years. I require help first time today (18/02/2010). Today my car's tyre (No. HR-26H 8832) got puncture near Gurgaon- Delhi Toll gate while comming from Gurgaon. My wife and I made call to helpline several times. The helpline vehicle refused to attend the complained because my car was on gurgaon side of Toll gate. The person on control room No.[protected] was very rude, abused and disconnect the phone.

Fake Promises by the company
I had a miserable experience with RACE car helpline yesterday when I had a breakdown in my Car on NH 8. I am covered under the RACE membership in 399 Rs but when I called up the company for on road assistance I found that the numbers are on voice mail with a message that Its a Vishkarma holiday and there is no service available. They promise this service as a Car Ambulance and when its required they are enjoying holiday putting all the phones on voice mail. I had to spen more than 3-4 hrs on the road missing all my commitments of the evening. This should be taken very seriously and company's license for providing such services must be cancelled. I am a victim of their holiday enjoyment. Pls help me and everyone in punishing them for this. Pls contact me on my email for further details.

In continuation of my yesterday night ordeal with the Cheater Co. called RACE Car Helpline, I called the Co. today morning (i.e. on 14.8.2014) at 7.00 AM to check whether my overnight pending complaint could be attended to after 11 good hours. I was promptly promised that the mechanic would reach within 45 mins. Again, when no one turned up for one hour, I called up [protected] at 8.00 AM and enquired whether RACE is a genuine agency or it has merely given a couple of Help line numbers to hoodwink the customers who were made to pay annual membership fee in advance. The Race executive who identified himself as Umesh (previous night it was some Himanshu) was quite unperturbed at my query and told me that the mechanic was on his way to my location and would reach within half an hour. No wonder that the so called mechanic of this fraud company has not shown up till 1.15 PM during the time of my registering the Part-2 of this complaint. I am really shocked at the brazenness of this Car Helpline called RACE. I just shudder to imagine the plight of hundreds of hapless customers who are being left in the lurch at odd locations alongwith ladies and children by this frivolous agency, which is incapable of providing the assistance well within the heart of the city in Delhi at Timar Pur location just few hundred metres away from the Delhi Viswavidyala Metro Station.It is high time that the unscrupulous persons running this fake Car Helpline called RACE are brought to book to save the gullible citizens. Hope the concerned authorities will take note of this complaint to swing into action.
