I agree to ur complaint, But i suppose u have won many a gifts previously also . and you have many times collected the gifts you personally coming to office even before we have called you .

Even after collecting your gifts its unfair to write such mails(Complaints).

(few winners who have won prize for the first time and have not got the gratification from us and those complaints are acceptable because they dono the procedure of how we work. but you after having a good relation with radio one, write a complaint even after receiving your gift and also you know how we work but still end up writing such things?? ) if incase we don't get in touch with you on the same day that you won a gift how many calls you make? even you have ended up coming to our station.
