I too have gone on air many times on RJ Pavithra's show. She did promise me many goodies and said someone from radio one would call me. But sadly this is the 5th time. I feel bad about it. But i really lvoe the music they play

Just listen to songs which are played in the FM channels but do not play any game on FM Radio. I have also tried applied and send message bt no reply.

Same happened with one of my friend. She won couple tickets for a play called Love Letters and they never called her back. When she called up no one picked the phone.

Yes, They do not call you on your own. You need to follow up like anything. You have to beg for the gift you have won. And my experience related to gifts were bad both the times.
First time i got vouchers of Mamamia Gelatino Icecream, when i went to reimburse those vouchers, i was told by the icream parlour manager of the branch (very far from my residence as the voucher was valid only for 1 branch) that the voucher is not longer valid so my vouchers went waste.
Second time, very initially i have received vouchers of Seraphims Unisex Beauty Salon, Total Mall, Madiwala, Bangalore recently opened. The voucher is still valid till March 10, 2010. When icalled the parlour just to know where they are located and the service costs, to my suprise i came to know that the vouchers can be availed only if i avail service of double the amount. e.g i have voucher of 1000/- i need to spend 2000/- in order to use these vouchers. Above this, the lady there called MAMTA from Seraphims had no manners to speak. When i asked her why would one pay 50% frm his/her pocket..she was like ...we have many clients from Radio one...blah blah...then she started...thank U thank u and she hanged up the call. NO MANNERS AT ALL. I doubt what kind of service they would offer in their newly opened salon. My very first impression without entering the salon was VERY BAD. And, why the hell would one spend half and then get discount on that. the intent of the word Voucher is lost. The letter given by radio one says Terms and Conditions apply...which is really WRONG. It should be clearly mentioned. If I would have known this earlier, i would have never gone to even collect the vouchers from their office( which is again so far frm my residence).
I AM REALLY UPSET WITH THE TYPE OF GIFTS/ VOUCHERS RADIO ONE GIVES. Initially, I was happy to have received those, but when i could not get benefit of any of it, I really felt bad. They do give gifts/vouchers which is good but they should ensure that the recepients do not face such issues.

Radio One — Have not got my prize yet

I have not got my voucher opf Rs1500 even after repeated calls to Radioone office, Bangalore. I had won this in December 2009. For them Iam just one of the listeners but for me the prize matters. I ve stopped chasing them now and request all the listeners to follow what is written in Bhagvadgita. Just do your work and forget about the results

I am yet to receive 3 prizes from RadioOne FM 94.3. How's that? People who 'believe' that the compainants are also 'believe' that missing out the same person thrice when he has been on air all three times he has won a prize is a mere coincidence?

I had won the wildcraft gift voucher 4 days back but nobody called back later... hav received quite a few prizes from other stations but had no prob with them.. this is the 1 st time had won on radio one but not yet received it, , ...

U proudly say that u r the only radio station that plays 13 songs per hour. I would like to suggest to play those songs full. Most of the songs are chopped.

I am not informed on how to claim for the prize.

I had a similar experience with radio one.I won some free petrol on 05.03.10, but till date nobody contacted me for further action.I have send sms also in this regard.Also noone is picking up their phones.
I think it is a policy for collecting money through sms without giving any prizes.

The very next day that is on[protected] I was called to collect my gift from thier office. They provided me with the address that is Tardeo, Everest building, 10th floor, Near Tardeo bus stop, Mumbai central (w). May be you might have missed on their call.

On 2nd of march 2010 (between 11-12 in shilpa's contest) i had won a farhan akhtar contest for which they had taken my home no. and even my e-mail adress and they had told that they would contact me and tell me when i had to come and collect my prizes and till date they have not contacted me in any way.
I hope u people become more professional and stop cheating us.
