I have won a Reliance T-Shirt worth Rs.3600/- on 19th April evening around 8:30PM, but i haven't received a mail nor contacted, i really do not know how to contact them to get my prize coupon.

i guess only 2% of them r giving complaints here... there may be many like us who are fooled by RADIO ONE. even i did not get a gift voucher which waz promised to me by radio one...

As on 22nd Apr 2010 morning show of Mr. Prithvi, asked the Question :
____________cms the earth moved due to last year earthquake in Italy?

I called many times to correct but none of them responded. Finally somebody, he chooses to talk and that person told its 15cms. Your MJ declared that person as Winner. But the answer was wrong. The correct answer is 25cms. Please find below the supporting documents.


I am not disappointed that you have not received my call / responded to my Sms, but my request with you people is do not spread wrong information. Please do check the link below, If you think you have the correct answer, send it across to me, so that I can update myself.

In spite of so many calls and even SMS, it seems to be you people doesn’t want to talk to the persons whom you have spoken before.

I have won some prize in Mr.Prithvi's show on 14th Apr 2010. Nobody has contacted me and I have not recieved any prize still.
Believe it or not, from April 15, 2010 to till day I used to call everyday, as soon as he read out the question till 8am to participate in the show, but no one picked the call. Every time it simply rings and no one will answers. If you don’t want to take any calls and keep the listeners crazy of the show, then my request is “Please Keep the Number Busy, until you want to speak to someone”.
Please don’t play with people’s emotions.
I think that you people thinks that, we are just fools to participate in your shows by sending SMS’s.
(In the case of KBC in Star Group, We learned how the SMS money will be distributed.)
If you want to raise the money, Please do not ask to call on land line or give any Land line number[protected] to call. Just announce the SMS number (53650), so that you can earn good money. Those who are interested, they only do participate.
Also if you have received the correct answer, then please announce that the winner is chosen. So that others can stop trying to call/Sms anymore.

Dear Radio One Friends,

On Thursday I have received a call from Radio One, Bangalroe and they asked me to collect the Prize on or before Saturday(14th May 2010). I have claimed my Prizes as well. Only thing you need to do is Either Call Radio One Office or Try to call in the same contest where you have own the prize. When they pick your call, after your Conversation with the RJ, you can always inform them regarding your claims. They will definitely help you in claiming your prize.

Hi Prithivi thi is anjan .. I am very much interested to take part in the all the contest.But i always fails to connect to you.That number what u announced[protected].Is this a really live show ... I donot think so..

Because they make contest, there people spend a lot of money, some time people might be right but its depend only their LUCK that they will call or not.
If they contact with them and people won but still the problem remain that they will not provide their gifts.
Its really a bad things, do some strictly action on this. Its for a comment CUM opinion.

Really it was a horrendous experience listening to Radio One, specially when Prithvi is on the show between 7am & 8pm ! Generally he asks a question in that hour & ask us to answer either ring up on 41156943 or request us to send message on 53650. In spite of sending messages 3 or 4 times, he doesn’t even bother to read the message…Atrociously, no body picks the phone & we only hear ringing sound all the time; I’m sure if some one picks the phone it would be 8th wonder of the world !!!

I’d given the correct answer, continuously for a week, not even once, my name was picked !! I really wonder how you can improve your listener ship or the rating with such a poor response to listeners when competition is cut-throat ?? Give a thought !!

I do not know what the logic behind to pick the call in Radio One. but whenever i make call to [protected] to take participate, it rings, but no one receive the call. i have tried may times and fed up. and think it just to waste your time to make call to unknown which you hardly get for your loved ones and do not make call them.

I had won the sherwin william paints voucher for giving 3 songs which had the word 'rang' in them...This was long back... I had come on air and everything. was told I would be informed how to collect it... I never got a call back letting me know when or where to get my voucher :( I like the shows, the songs, but since that event I have stopped participating in the contests... even though I might know the answers.
