[Resolved]  railway parcel office,Nagpur — non delivery of bike

Due to change of my job from nagpur to durgapur home town I had booked my bike and 13 packets of my house hold items at nagpur to kharagpur town on 01.1.1`11 and I went back to durgapur on 04.1.11.but even after six days I am unable to trace the actual status of my bike, items total 14 nos even after extracting surpless money in the name of bike packing and loading charges railway offical are not bothered about customers time value as there are no one to follow at my home I am forced to stay here at durgapur/kharagpur and make frequent rounds to railway parcel office . and railways is least bothered to find how much corrupted and irresponsible are their parcel office employes.

due to change of my job from jamnagar to nagpur I had booked my one still box(trunk) in porbandar hawrah train from jamnagar to nagpur .In jamnagar box loud in luggage van but when train came at nagpur nobody recive the box how much careful of railway parcel office and their administration.Please help me for above matter.

I booked my Scooty From Patna to Nagpur but the railway people did not unloaded the vehicle here. it went to Bangalore. All most after 15 days after visiting parcel office so many times i got my Vehicle But it was totally damaged. the front portion was completely broken and the side mirror was not there. They are not taking Complain against it but i have submitted an application there. I do not Know how to get claim from Railway for the damage as well as late supply of my Scooty.

i booked my bike from jodhpur to nagpur...the railway people didn't unloaded the bike and it went to puri..after so many days i havent recieved any satisfactory reply from them..nor i could trace where my bike is..daily have to take leave from office and travel 150kms to parcel office..but they are not responding.can anyone tell me where to file a complaint against these irresponsible people

Sir, i have booked my honda activa MP 06 SA 3194 from gwalior rly parcrl office against bill no[protected] dt 31/03/19 to Kamptee and it has been dispatched from Gwalior by IInd compartment of F/SLR No.SEC 03703 of Train No.18238 on 07.04.2019 but i have neither recvd same at Nagpur rly station nor Kamptee rly station. I once again humbly request you to unload my honda activa at Nagpur rly station. I have already meet to the nagpur rly station parcel staff and request for unload the same at Nagpur rly station two times. Please do needful to solve my problem. Thank you
