[Resolved]  Railway Ticket — refund of cancelled ticket

Ihave booked online ticket from jammu to bandra terminus on[protected] in 3ac and cancelled the ticket on 20-2-11 and till date have not received the refund amount of rs.1343. the amount was paid by me through my credit card. kindly help me in getting the amount. the detail is as under.
