A/C — money not refunding

i have a A/c in SBI at Jhariya (Dhanbad, Jharkhand),
my a/c no is [protected].On 19/08/08 i am withdrawing money from SBI ATM,
and amount of Rs 8500/- was gone back to the ATM. Since than i have submitted Three Complaint to SBI but still i dont get the money.please see through it.And also i want to file a case against it.
please tell the process.

railway cancellation — refund not received of cancelled ticket.

i had purchased a ticket from an authorised agent and got it cancelled through him. the detail of railway ticket is: PNR No.: [protected], journey date: 27/10/2008, train no. :2429 from bangalore to new delhi. requested to cancel in the morning of journey date i.e. 11 am on 27/10/2008. but till date, i did not get any refund. may be railway has sent refund to indepay, but the indepay is not sending the refund to the agent, from whom i had purchased the ticket or the agent is not refunding me the money. pls help sir.

Railway Ticket — Money Refund

Dear Sir,
I'm a consumer of Indian railway, while doing online reservation on 25th Aug at 11:40PM. My transaction has been failed after making payments. I didn't get the ticket for Pune-Nagpur Garib Rath. Train No.2113.
But amount from my SBI account has been deducted and i m still waiting for the amount to be credited to my account.

Total persons traveling:- 3 (Female's)
. I purchased tickets of 3AC Class for the travel. By the date of travel my ticket reservation
status was not confirmed and was still in "Waiting List". Therefore, I had to travel in a non AC general class. However I paid
for the "3AC" class. Therefore, I want a refund for the difference in the amount I paid for the 3AC Class and the non AC general
Class in which we actually traveled.

For getting this refund I have also filled the "Ticket Deposit Receipt" (TDR) form and sent it earlier by post on time to "DY CCM (Claims) Office
Northern Railway, (Near Station Building), Varanasi. However, I got no response from their side. I also waited for 3 months as mentioned by "The Station Master" who informed me to follow this process. But, there has been no resolution to my request.
Therefore, I am writing this E-mail to you. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve this for me.

Myself booked a ticket under following PNR No.from IRCTC Zone
from DIBRUGARH to DELHI in BRAHAMAPUTRA MAIL but due to some reasons
the train was cancelled on 16/11/2009. I had intimated the matter
over phone several times to irctc but no action for reimbursement/adjustment
the money has been initiated from your end till date. The stipulated
time period for returning the money against cancellation ticket (3
months) have been already crossed but i am not yet to received the money
back to my A/C.

Railway — not refund my cancel ticket

I had filled a TDR on 5th July'11.Till now my money is not refunded. PNR Number:[protected] Train No:12401[from PATNA (PNBE) to NEW DELHI(NDLS)] Reason for TDR:TDR for all passenger are not travelled due to one passenger confirm but rest of the wait list so that you have canceled to my booked ticket and refund my ticket booking amount. TDR Status: CCM Registered . Reference No:ekt[protected] TDR Zone: NR Refund Status :Refund Under Process. Refund Date: Not Available.

After 190b Days we can't recive the refund

Kindly take it further and refund my money ASAP...

(15/02/2012) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket HOWRAH JN to GANJ BASODA boarding on 16/02/2012 .The payment was made through Corporation Bank Debit card .Train No is 19306 Shipra Exp , PNR No-[protected] and ID No-[protected] Tatkal ticket was waiting list and not confirmed . The Ticket is Automatically Cancelled but not refund to Money My Bank Account. Please Refund my Money.
