I HAVE BOOKED 1 RAILWAY TICKET ON[protected], FOR TRAVELLING ON[protected], PNR - [protected] , BUT IT IS VERY STRANGE THAT TILL DATE[protected] WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TICKET. NOW WHEN EVER WE CONTACT YOUR GOOD SELVES ( OVER NIGHT COURIER) AT NARAINA BRANCH , FOR REFUND ,THEY DON'T GIVE CORRECT PICTURE & HARASSING ME, THEY DON'T GIVE CORRECT PICTURE. PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY REFUND.

    With due respect i want to inform u about what is
    happening in Varanasi City Station Alaipur (U.P) 221001 , here the
    Station master Ajay Kumar Singh , and one lady employer with the help
    of GRP selling Tatkal Ticket in Black on date[protected] , for proof
    you can also view cctv camera between 9am-12 pm.

    It's my humble request sir to please go through all
    these because all other general passenger who are in line for ticket
    booking are suffering a lot.

    respected sir, today i booked a tatkal ticket for lko to ndls from lucknow , personal account. at the time of tranction an error had occered and booking was failed. but rs 317 had debited from my indian bank account, i got its massage from bank through sms alert. but i did not get ticket , neither refuned my money. tranction id is.[protected]

    i have tried to book tatkal ticket for 11/4/11 on 8/4/11 but it shows you can book ticket before 2 dayas but availability shows WL69, today at 8.10 am i tried fodrf 11/4/11 ticket for tatkal again it shows WL71. how yesterday it was booked and i am not getting ticket yesterday, please explain R R Vegad email addr [protected]@aol.in [protected]

    Today (17/08/2012) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket GANGA KAVERI EXP, FROM NAGPUR TO JABALPUR OF 19.07.2012 FOR SUNIL CHIRANIA. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

    This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

    Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

      I book my railway ticket online at 20 nov 2012 for gwalior to indore. And i had cancelled my ticket at 21 nov 2012.And status show in irctc site that amount is refunded in my A/c at 23 nov. but amount has not deposit in my A/c till now.

      A/C — money not refunding

      i have a A/c in SBI at Jhariya (Dhanbad, Jharkhand),
      my a/c no is [protected].On 19/08/08 i am withdrawing money from SBI ATM,
      and amount of Rs 8500/- was gone back to the ATM. Since than i have submitted Three Complaint to SBI but still i dont get the money.please see through it.And also i want to file a case against it.

      i had purchased a ticket from an authorised agent and got it cancelled through him. the detail of railway ticket is: PNR No.: [protected], journey date: 27/10/2008, train no. :2429 from bangalore to new delhi. requested to cancel in the morning of journey date i.e. 11 am on 27/10/2008. but till date, i did not get any refund. may be railway has sent refund to indepay, but the indepay is not sending the refund to the agent, from whom i had purchased the ticket or the agent is not refunding me the money. pls help sir.

      I'm a consumer of Indian railway, while doing online reservation on 25th Aug at 11:40PM. My transaction has been failed after making payments. I didn't get the ticket for Pune-Nagpur Garib Rath. Train No.2113.

      . I purchased tickets of 3AC Class for the travel. By the date of travel my ticket reservation
      status was not confirmed and was still in "Waiting List". Therefore, I had to travel in a non AC general class. However I paid
      for the "3AC" class. Therefore, I want a refund for the difference in the amount I paid for the 3AC Class and the non AC general
      Class in which we actually traveled.

      For getting this refund I have also filled the "Ticket Deposit Receipt" (TDR) form and sent it earlier by post on time to "DY CCM (Claims) Office
      Northern Railway, (Near Station Building), Varanasi. However, I got no response from their side. I also waited for 3 months as mentioned by "The Station Master" who informed me to follow this process. But, there has been no resolution to my request.
      Therefore, I am writing this E-mail to you. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve this for me.

      Sir,
      Myself booked a ticket under following PNR No.from IRCTC Zone
      from DIBRUGARH to DELHI in BRAHAMAPUTRA MAIL but due to some reasons
      the train was cancelled on 16/11/2009. I had intimated the matter
      over phone several times to irctc but no action for reimbursement/adjustment
      the money has been initiated from your end till date. The stipulated

        Dear Sir,
        We were a group of 15 travelling to Kerala which included 4 kids.
        We have been very organised in the way ticketing was done as we booked exactly 90 days before both ways. The tickets to kerala were booked on the net we got comaprtments very far away so the next time i thought i would go personally to the reservation office at Goregaon Station in Mumbai (PLAGUED by AGENTS it was sick) to do a better job
        Our travel dates were 25th december 2009 to kerala by Garib Rath from Mumbai to Kottayam. 2 Adults and 1 kid travelled a day before and were to join us in kottayam.
        and 30th December 2009 from Ernakulam to Mumbai by Netravati Express. Tickets for 2 adults and 1 kid were done by them as it was diffiult to do all tickets as we did not know anything about group bookings neither do you highlight it anywhere.
        I got two tickets booked in the same compartment different seat numbers all together. i was very excited about this but alas i had not checked the date on the 2nd ticket it was for 1 month earlier.
        In all our excitement of the holiday, of being together looking for a good time we missed this one error done by the booking clerk.
        Unfortunately we realised this only a day before we did not want to break the rules so we split the group the five o[censored]s quitely went back to kottayam and now half of the group travelled by train we had to buy expensive Plane tickets and come back to mumbai
        The single error by an uncompetent clerk in the goregaon reservation counter has costed me close to Rs.50,000/- plus mental agony and a total mess of a well planned holiday.
        How do i go on with pursuing this matter? What should i do? How do i get compensated for all this financial loss and agony?
        How can Indian railways compete a eurail or british railways.

            I had booked tickets from Tuticorin to Bangalore on 5.04.2012 . But the railways had debited a sum of Rs. 182/- plus Rs.10
            twice on 31.03.2012 at 13.36 hrs and 13.38 hrs. I want the refund from the railways.

              please note in our raiganj (Uttar dinajpur) railway ticket
              counter some broker has taking the responseablity to sale the tatkal
              ticket with high brokarage which is fully illigal. Some time they are
              found inside the counter. That is why we are not getting the ticket
              properly because total tickets are only distributed to the broker. may
              be some officer are involbed with this. We have no proof but we are
              suffering.
              so my request is please investigate it and taking proper step to stop
              this crime as early as possiable.

                  I booked a railway ticket (PNR No. [protected]) to travel from Kharagpur to Puri through IRCTC website. The ticket was confirmed for five passengers. However, on the date of journey, I came to know that this is a fake ticket. As informed by the Kharagpur station manager, this train is not coming to Kharagpur for last 4 or 5 months approx. It was quite surprising that ticket booked online through IRCTC website is fake!!

                  So I could not travel with this ticket. I contacted IRCTC, I request you to refund the total fare of this ticket (Rs. 2931/-). I also requested to update the IRCTC website so that this kind o[censored]nwanted situation will not be faced by any other passenger.

                  After few days, I got a response from IRCTC that they are "glad" to inform that an amount of Rs. 1465.00/- has been credited. It is quite surprising that only Rs. 1465.00/- is refunded. Total ticket cost was Rs. 2951/-.

                  The train does not come to Kharagpur (for last four/five months approx) and still the ticket was issued (booking was done approx. one and half month before). Thus, even though it was an ongoing fact that the train does not come to Kharagpur, the ticket was issued. This is ridiculous. Instead of penalizing/correcting/apologizing for the harassment of passenger, IRCTC is refunding half the cost of ticket!! Through this Indian consumer forum, I want to know the reason for not refunding full amount?
